摘要液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)核心工艺模块设计复杂、空间有限、专业集成度高,建造施工难度大,其中暖通空调(Heating and Ventilation Air Condition,HVAC)风管和其结构支撑的安装属于建造难点之一。以某LNG核心工艺模块建造项目为例,对HVAC风管的分布和结构支撑的特点进行分析。基于降低施工难度、提升施工效率的考虑,探讨了风管与支撑的总体安装建议,分析给出风管弯头段和口字型槽钢框架支撑两种典型连接处的安装方法,提出可提高安装精度的风管预留管段安装施工工艺,对结构支撑的修改提出合理化建议。Taken one Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)core process module construction project as an example,the characteristics of Heating and Ventilation Air Condition(HVAC)ducts and their structural supports are researched.A general installation proposal of HVAC ducts and their structural supports is given with the consideration of decreasing construction difficulty and increasing construction efficiency.The installation methods of two typical duct elbow segment and quadrate frame channel support connections are studied and given.A kind of installation process called retained duct segment is proposed for better accuracy control.Several rationalization proposals are also given for structural supports'modification.
