淮南矿区地面瓦斯治理井日产突破1万方大关

    淮南矿区是我国煤矿复杂地质条件的典型代表,“四高”(高地应力、高瓦斯压力、高地温、高承压水)、“三软”(顶板软、煤层软、底板软)、“一低”(煤层渗透性低),碎裂松软低渗煤层群地面瓦斯治理是世界级难题。随着采深增加,淮南矿区井下瓦斯灾害耦合的复杂性和危险性显著增加。根据国家要求,煤层瓦斯压力3MPa以上的突出煤层,必须采用地面井预抽煤层瓦斯,转变瓦斯治理模式势在必行。

    近年来,集团公司积极推进地面煤层气开发与井下瓦斯治理协同发展,在钻井、压裂、排采等关键技术上不断探索革新,水平井跟层定向钻进、旋转下套管、U型井超长远端对接等一系列难题被不断破解。牵头制定淮南矿区A组煤、B组煤、C组煤煤层气水平井钻井工程和排采技术规范2项企业标准,填补了淮南矿区地面瓦斯治理领域企业标准空白,矿区地面瓦斯治理井技术体系初步建立。煤矿地面井瓦斯抽采技术列入国家《矿山安全先进适用技术装备推广目录(2024 年) 》。

    截至目前,集团共有27口产气井,累计产气量已突破2800万立方米,产出的煤层气一部分经过加工处理,输送到城市天然气管网,供居民生活使用,剩余部分与井下抽采的2%—8%的低浓度瓦斯掺混发电,实现了煤层气资源全利用,为地方能源保供增添了保障。

    Huainan mining area is a typical representative of complex geological conditions of coal mine in China. "four high" (high ground stress, high gas pressure, high ground temperature, high confined water), "three soft" (soft roof, soft coal seam, soft floor), "one low" (low permeability of coal seam), ground gas control of soft and low permeability coal seam group is a world-class problem. With the increase of mining depth, the complexity and risk of underground gas disaster coupling increase significantly in Huainan mining area. According to the national requirements, the protruding coal seams with gas pressure above 3MPa must be pre-pumped by surface Wells, and it is imperative to change the gas management mode.

    In recent years, the Group has actively promoted the coordinated development of surface coalbed methane development and underground gas management, constantly explored and innovated in key technologies such as drilling, fracturing and drainage, and continuously solved a series of difficult problems such as horizontal well directional drilling with layer, rotating casing, and ultra-long-term end connection of U-shaped well. Led the formulation of two enterprise standards for Group A coal, Group B coal and Group C coal coalbed methane horizontal well drilling engineering and drainage technical specifications in Huainan mining area, filled the gap in enterprise standards in the field of surface gas control in Huainan mining area, and the technical system of surface gas control Wells in the mining area was initially established. Coal mine surface gas extraction technology is listed in the national "Mine Safety Advanced and Applicable Technology and Equipment Promotion Catalogue (2024)".

    Up to now, the Group has a total of 27 gas production Wells, with a cumulative gas production of more than 28 million cubic meters. Part of the produced coal bed methane is processed and transported to the urban natural gas pipeline network for residential use, and the remaining part is mixed with 2%-8% low-concentration gas extracted underground to generate electricity, realizing the full utilization of coal bed methane resources and adding a guarantee for local energy supply.
