相控阵检具有测灵敏度高、定位准确、无辐射风险等优势,田湾项目部原有相控阵检测可行性验证无法覆盖大壁厚管道,面临厚壁管检测时间长、检测难度大,检测时间紧等诸多难题。田湾项目部工程管理三部以党员为先锋,组织技术骨干力量,打造技术型、创新型、协同型攻坚团队,组织江苏核电、中核咨询、江苏电建三评估策划推动相控阵新技术研究,通过召开专项会议,工程例会跟踪落实,全力推动完成厚壁管道相控阵检测对比试验、可行性分析、专家评审会、设计变更及现场检测等各项工作。

田湾核电站7、8号机组厚壁管相控阵检测的顺利开展,进一步提升了田湾核电相控阵检测应用范围及技术水平。减轻了探伤工工作压力,降低了辐射防护风险,提升了厚壁管检测效率,此次突破是田湾项目部发展新质生产力、不断探索和应用前沿技术的生动体现,为工程建设顺利实施提供了有力保障,为核电创新技术应用积累了宝贵经验。

The third engineering management department of Tianwan Project Department takes Party members as the vanguard, organizes technical backbone forces, builds a technical, innovative and collaborative team, organizes Jiangsu Nuclear Power, China Nuclear Consulting and Jiangsu Power Construction to eva luate, plan and promote phased array new technology research, and tracks implementation through special meetings and regular engineering meetings. To promote the completion of thick wall pipeline phased array inspection comparative test, feasibility analysis, expert review meeting, design changes and field testing and other work.

The smooth implementation of phased array inspection of thick wall tube in Unit 7 and 8 of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant has further improved the application range and technical level of phased array inspection in Tianwan nuclear power plant. It has reduced the working pressure of inspection workers, reduced the risk of radiation protection, and improved the inspection efficiency of thick wall pipes.
