我国大力推进经济社会绿色低碳转型,天然气作为清洁能源得到广泛应用。中国海油按照国家天然气产供储销体系建设要求,积极推进“绿能港”建设。“绿能港”意为绿色能源港,契合了LNG接收站的绿色能源保供使命。

“海油石化工程积极参与‘绿能港’的设计和建造,”海油石化工程总经理吴广增介绍说,“2007年以来,海油石化工程参与国内将近一半LNG接收站的技术咨询、设计或建造,见证接收站储罐规模实现从3万立方米到16万立方米、22万立方米,再到27万立方米的跃升,逐步掌握LNG接收站自主设计建造技术。”

与22万立方米LNG储罐相比,27万立方米LNG储罐在储存性能、经济性等方面更具优势。海油石化工程江苏项目组负责盐城“绿能港”一期扩建工程的设计、采办、施工和试车。项目经理史厚增办公室贴着的“绿能港”一期扩建工程蓝图上做满了标记,纸边因为磨损而微微卷起。

“建设首批27万立方米LNG储罐群,罐容的跃升对设计和建造提出了更高要求。”史厚增说,“我们凭借丰富的设计建造经验,因地制宜推进中国海油CGTank大型LNG储罐技术这一中国方案的工程转化。”

China vigorously promotes the green and low-carbon transformation of economy and society, and natural gas is widely used as a clean energy source. "Cnooc Petrochemical Engineering actively participates in the design and construction of the 'Green Energy port'," Wu Guangzeng, general manager of CNOOC Petrochemical Engineering, said, "Since 2007, CNOOC petrochemical Engineering has participated in the technical consultation, design or construction of nearly half of the domestic LNG receiving stations, witnessed the receiving station storage tank scale to achieve a jump from 30,000 cubic meters to 160,000 cubic meters, 220,000 cubic meters, and then 270,000 cubic meters, and gradually master the independent design and construction technology of LNG receiving stations."

Compared with the 220,000 cubic meter LNG storage tank, the 270,000 cubic meter LNG storage tank has more advantages in storage performance and economy. Jiangsu project team of CNOOC Petrochemical Engineering is responsible for the design, acquisition, construction and commissioning of the first phase expansion project of Yancheng "Green Energy Port". The blueprints for the first phase of the Green Energy Port expansion plastered in the office of project manager Shi Houzeng are covered with markings, the edges slightly rolled up from wear and tear.

"The construction of the first 270,000 cubic meters of LNG storage tank group, the jump in tank capacity has put forward higher requirements for design and construction." Shi Houzeng said, "With our rich experience in design and construction, we have promoted the engineering transformation of CNOOC CGTank large LNG storage tank technology, a Chinese solution, according to local conditions."
