本次顶升采用公司自主研发的数字化拱顶姿态偏移监测系统,通过实时监测数据的对比,确定最终结果,协助气顶升总指挥锚定真实数据,实现精度与操作性的协调统一。此外,项目部对风机系统、平衡系统、密封系统、监测系统进行了多次检查调试,收集大量数据汇总分析,确保万无一失。期间,项目部先后克服梅雨季带来的不利影响,创新管理策略、优化施工方案、积极做好应急预案,同时协调施工计划、安排施工工序,最大限度的减少了雨季对工程进度的影响。

一鼓作气,一气功成!江苏如东LNG项目4号储罐的顺利顶升为项目部后续工作奠定了坚实的基础,实现了公司在低温储罐领域的又一次重大突破。项目建成后不仅可以进一步优化华东地区能源结构,提高人民生活质量,而且对增强该地区冬季调峰保供能力、改善大气环境、助力我国实现“双碳”目标将发挥重要作用,为中国能源结构优化增添了新的动能。
