高含氮天然气液化工艺的研究与优化

摘要鉴于天然气含氮量过高存在热值低,集输能耗大等缺点,文中以某气田含氮量20%的天然气为原料气,建立HYSYS计算模型从流程液化率、比功耗、甲烷回收率、LNG含氮量4个方面入手,深入研究了天然气含氮量对双混合冷剂制冷液化工艺的影响,发现天然气含氮量越高,其流程能耗、甲烷回收率、LNG含氮量越大,而液化率越低。同时,本文以比功耗为目标函数建立数学模型,对天然气预冷温度、深冷温度等六个参数进行了敏感性分析,确定了各参数对整体工艺的影响;最后,调用HYSYS软件自带的优化器,对工艺进行了参数优化,得到:比功耗为103390 kJ/kmol,比优化前降低了约15.5%,说明参数优化达到了前期的优化目标,本文的研究结果对高含氮天然气液化工艺的设计有一定参考意义。In view of the shortcomings of high nitrogen content in natural gas,such as low calorific value and large energy consumption in gathering and transportation,the natural gas with 20%nitrogen content in a gas field was used as the feed gas,and HYSYS calculation model was established from four aspects of process liquefaction rate,specific power consumption,methane recovery rate and LNG nitrogen content.The influence of nitrogen content in natural gas on refrigeration liquefaction process of dual mixed refrigerant was deeply studied.It was found that the more nitrogen content in natural gas,the greaterthe process energy consumption,methane recovery and LNG nitrogen content,while the lower the liquefaction rate.At the same time,the specific power consumption was used as the objective function to establish the mathematical model.the sensitivity of six parameters were analysed including the pre-cooling temperature and cryogenic temperature of the natural gas,and the influence of each parameter on the overall process was determined.Finally,the process parameters were optimized with the optimizer of HYSYS software,and the specific power consumption was 103390 kJ/kmol,which was about 15.5%lower than before.The results show that the parameters optimizationcan satisfy the previous goaland has significance for the design of high nitrogen natural gas liquefaction process. 机构地区中石化中原石油工程设计有限公司 浙江浙能温州液化天然气有限公司 出处《化学工程》 CAS CSCD 北大核心 2020年第12期62-67,72,共7页Chemical Engineering(China) 关键词LNG 优化 高含氮 DMR 比功耗LNG optimization high nitrogen content DMR specific power consumption 分类号 TE8 [石油与天然气工程—油气储运工程 |
