摘要以氮摩尔分数小于1%为评价标准,采用阶式混合冷剂制冷循环方式,搭建了节流闪蒸脱氮和汽提塔汽提脱氮2种工艺流程,用Aspen Hysys V8.8过程软件模拟2个流程,通过节点参数和关键参数的分析,得出汽提塔脱氮在能耗比、排出气氮摩尔分数、BOG副产量等方面的优势。同时基于最小能耗,对应于分子筛再生压力,得出汽提塔汽提脱氮的经济氮含量。With less than 1% of nitrogen content as eva luation criteria, two kinds of technological processes are set, namely,the throttle flash denitrification and stripping denitrification by stripping tower, and simulated by Aspen Hysys V8.8. The results show that the advantages of denitrification in stripping tower are presented in energy consumption ratio, mole fraction of exhausted nitrogen, BOG, and so on, through the analysis of nodal parameters and key parameters. At the same time, based on the minimum energy consumption, corresponding to the regeneration pressure of the molecular sieve, the nitrogen content of stripping denitrification is obtained.
