6月25日，甘肃能化集团金昌公司煤化工项目最重、最高单体设备——脱硫脱碳装置变换气洗涤塔一次吊装成功，标志着公司项目建设进入新阶段，为后续管道安装施工奠定了坚实基础。

据悉，此次吊装的洗涤塔是项目建设的核心设备之一，塔体净重426吨，高95.3米，直径3.4米，为确保吊装任务顺利实施，金昌公司同施工单位严格落实各项准备工作，不断优化施工方案，对施工机械设备进行专项检查，并对现场管理人员、施工人员进行了安全技术交底，确保项目施工过程的规范性及安全性。此次吊装采用2000吨履带式起重机主吊、400吨履带式起重机溜尾，通过采用单主机抬吊递送法，成功实现了设备“穿衣戴帽”式的吊装，确保了设备精准就位。

下一步，金昌公司将持续推动项目建设提速提质提效，抢抓项目施工“黄金期”，顺利实现项目年底中交目标。
