摘要为了优化设计LNG绕管式换热器,本文提出了一种高效的基于仿真的设计方法。该设计方法以换热面积最小为优化目标函数,选取管束高度、壳体直径、螺旋升角和管数目为优化变量;基于仿真速度较快的流股演化模型,开发了LNG绕管式换热器的结构优化算法;基于仿真精度较高的三维分布参数模型,开发了LNG绕管式换热器的性能校核和结构再调整算法。采用本文提出的基于仿真的优化设计方法对一台实际运行的LNG绕管式换热器进行算例分析,优化后的LNG绕管式换热器的换热面积比优化前减少了3.6%,同时热负荷和压降负荷能够满足要求。For the purpose of optimizing and designing LNG spiral wound heat exchangers,an effective designmethod based on the simulation is proposed in the present study.In the method,the minimum heat transfer area isselected as the optimization objective,and the bundle height,the shell diameter,the winding angle and the tubenumber are the optimization variables;an algorithm for structure optimization is developed based on the streamevolution model which has a fast simulation speed;and an algorithm for performance verification and structurereadjustment is developed based on the3D-distributed-parameter model which has a high simulation accuracy.Theproposed design method is used to optimize a practical LNG spiral wound heat exchanger;the results show that,theheat transfer area of the optimal LNG spiral wound heat exchanger is reduced by3.6%compared with the originalone,and its performance can guarantee the requirements of heat transfer and pressure drop. 机构地区上海交通大学 中海石油气电集团技术研发中心 出处《制冷技术》 2017年第3期12-17,28,共7页Chinese Journal of Refrigeration Technology 基金国家自然科学基金资助项目(No.51674165和No.51504149) 关键词LNG 仿真 绕管式换热器 设计LNG Simulation Spiral wound heat exchanger Design1 分类号 TK172 [动力工程及工程热物理—热能工程]
