摘要液化天然气中蕴含着大量的冷能,采用低温朗肯循环法对冷能进行回收,是LNG冷能发电工艺研究的趋势。对低温朗肯循环法LNG冷能回收发电系统的过程进行了理论分析,分析结果表明:冷凝器的损失最大,其占整个系统损失的比例为85.57%。这是因为冷源LNG的温度非常低,可用的冷量非常大,冷凝器设计的换热面积偏小,LNG在冷凝器中没有进行充分的换热,最后仍然以很低的温度流出冷凝器,其大量的冷量没有得到充分利用,导致了严重的损失,因此,建议后续研究采用多级分段回收利用,提高冷回收率。在此基础上,还开展了基于无油螺杆膨胀驱动机的LNG冷能发电系统的试验研究,试验结果表明:利用LNG通过动力循环气化带动无油螺杆膨胀机做功发电,系统简单,可靠性高,热力性能稳定,变工况适应能力强,是一种值得推广的应用方式。Liquefied natural gas(LNG) can contain a lot of cold energy power, lowtemperature Rankine's circulation method of cold recycling, is the trend of the LNG cold energy power generation technology. In the paper, the exergy about the low temperature's circulation method of LNG cold energy recovery in the process of power generation systems has carried on the theoretical analysis. The analysis results show that the exergy of the condenser loss is the largest, which is 85.57% of the total system exergy loss. This is because the temperature of the cold source is very low and the available exergy capacity is very large, but the heat exchange area of the condenser is too small. So the LNG is not heattransfer adequately in the condenser. Finally the temperature flow out the condenser is still very low, and the large amount of cold exergy is underutilized. In the followup studies, using multistage segmental recycling is recommended for improving the cold exergy recovery. Meanwhile, the experimental verification for LNG cold energy power generation system with the oilfree screw expander was done. The testing results show that the system is simple, high reliability,stable and adaptable in variable condition strongly. This is a way of worth extending application.
