日前，由华北石油工程五普钻井分公司50852HB钻井队在大牛地气田完钻的DNSP2井，井深4275米，刷新大牛地气田深层煤层气水平井机械钻速最高、钻完井周期最短、煤层钻遇率最高等5项工程纪录。

施工中，钻井队精细管控施工节点，统筹制定技术措施。采用新型PDC钻头，优化钻具组合和钻井液性能，克服了1200米水平段煤层易失稳垮塌等复杂情况，平均机械钻速12.06米/小时，钻井、完井周期分别提速24.44%、29.09%，优质高效完成钻井任务，为深层煤层气滚动勘探水平井的开发，提供有效施工经验。
