8月10日，伴随着响亮的鸣笛声，格尔木炼油厂3号喷气燃料入藏铁路首发仪式顺利举行，标志着青海油田保供西藏航空煤油的序幕正式拉开。这是继格尔木、花土沟、德令哈、玉树、果洛之后销往的第六个机场，高原油田航煤产品正式走出青海，成为拉动青藏地区经济发展、造福青藏人民的新动力，为地方经济社会发展注入新动能。

格尔木炼油厂位于南昆仑北祁连的青藏高原柴达木盆地，海拔2850米，1991年8月1日开工建设，年原油加工能力150万吨，是青海、西藏两省汽柴油产品供给的大本营，三十多年来担负着促进青藏两省区经济社会发展、巩固国防建设、促进民族团结的重任，为保护三江源生态环境作出了积极贡献，被誉为“昆仑托起的明珠”。

一直以来，青海、西藏所用航煤产品主要来自中国石油兰州石化公司和玉门炼化公司，由于运输距离远，造成了成本高、保障难度大等问题。格尔木炼油厂抓住市场机遇，不断拓展炼油化工渠道，2023年先后开展两套航煤加氢装置民航适航审定工作，3号喷气燃料多次送至民航局测试中心及第三方产品专业检验机构检测，航煤主要参数均优于国家标准，两套航煤加氢装置全部通过民航局认证，被中航油实验室能力验证评定为全国优秀单位。

This is the sixth airport sold after Golmud, Huatugou, Delingha, Yushu and Guoluo, and the aviation coal products of Plateau oil field have officially left Qinghai Province, becoming a new driving force to promote the economic development of Qinghai-Tibet region and benefit the people of Qinghai-Tibet, and injecting new momentum into local economic and social development.

Golmud Oil Refinery is located in the Qaidam basin of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, North Qilian, South Kunlun, 2850 meters above sea level. Construction began on August 1, 1991, with an annual crude oil processing capacity of 1.5 million tons. Golmud Oil Refinery is the main supply base of gasoline and diesel products in Qinghai and Xizang provinces. It has made positive contributions to the protection of the ecological environment of Sanjiangyuan and is known as the "pearl held up by Kunlun".

For a long time, the aviation coal products used in Qinghai and Tibet are mainly from petrochina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company and Yumen Refining and Chemical Company. Due to the long transportation distance, the problems of high cost and difficult guarantee have been caused. Gollmu Oil Refinery seized the market opportunity, constantly expand the refining and chemical channels, in 2023 has carried out two sets of aviation coal hydrogenation unit civil aviation airworthiness certification work, No. 3 jet fuel has been sent to the Civil Aviation Administration test center and third-party product inspection institutions for testing, the main parameters of aviation coal are better than the national standard, two sets of aviation coal hydrogenation unit all passed the Civil Aviation Administration certification. It was eva luated as the national excellent unit by the capability verification of China Aviation Oil Laboratory.
