8月2日，由东北工区40633钻井队施工的梨6-17井施工指标再创新高，刷新两项工区施工纪录。截至目前，东北工区已相继在东北油气田金山区块施工16口井，累计刷新施工12项，获表扬信4份，钻井周期同比缩短34.8%，钻井施工实现再提速。

优化生产运行

今年年初，东北油气分公司为确保完成增储上产任务决定“再上金山”，在金山区块一次性部署了四个瘦身井平台。为全面提高运行速度，东北项目部专门成立金山区块项目组，以片区轮值副经理为抓手，紧扣优化作业程序，减少搬迁车次，缩减非生产时间等环节，钻机动用率同比提高4.5%，搬迁周期同比缩短2.2%，累计节约11天，减少搬迁车辆19车次。

强化技术提速

项目部依托地质工程一体化专家工作室，实施一体化联合技术交底，抓住轨迹优化、钻头与提速工具设计与参数优选等环节，机械效率得到大幅提高。其中，梨6-21HF井以水平段单只钻头进尺668米，刷新区块单只钻头进尺纪录。梨6-18HF井全井机械钻速9.73米/小时，创该区块最高施工纪录。梨6-23HF井以水平段单日进尺179米，创该区块水平段单日进尺最高纪录。

Optimize production operation

At the beginning of this year, in order to ensure the completion of the task of increasing storage and production, the Northeast Oil and Gas Branch decided to "go to Jinshan" and deployed four slimming well platforms in the Jinshan block at one time. In order to comprehensively improve the operation speed, the Northeast project Department set up a special project team of Jinshan block, with the rotating deputy manager of the area as the starting point, closely optimize the operation procedure, reduce the number of relocation vehicles, reduce non-production time and other links, the rig utilization rate increased by 4.5%, the relocation cycle was shortened by 2.2%, the cumulative saving of 11 days, and the removal of 19 vehicles was reduced.

Enhance the technology to speed up

The project department relies on the integrated geological engineering expert studio to implement integrated joint technical communication, seize the trajectory optimization, drill and acceleration tool design and parameter optimization and other links, and the mechanical efficiency has been greatly improved. Among them, the Li 6-21HF well with a horizontal section of a single bit penetration 668 meters, a new block of a single bit penetration record. The full drilling rate of well 6-18HF is 9.73 m/h, which is the highest construction record in this block. The single-day penetration rate of the horizontal section of well Li 6-23HF is 179 meters, which sets the highest single-day penetration record of the horizontal section in this block.
