截至6月14日，黄骅港煤炭港区今年累计完成煤炭下水量1.00447亿吨，同比增加11.5%，较去年提前16天突破1亿吨。

黄骅港是我国西煤东运、北煤南运重要枢纽港口，每年超2亿吨煤炭由这里下水出海运往全国各大电厂。今年以来，国能黄骅港务公司依托国家能源集团“煤电路港航”一体化运营优势，强化与铁路、航运等单位协同，建立精准备煤机制、路港维修协同机制，实现高效周转，完成集团一体化煤炭出区运输量占比近60%。

国能黄骅港务公司深化与海事局、气象局等单位协同合作，高效组织7万吨级船舶双向通航1248艘次，同比增加172%，船舶等航道时长同比缩短6.4%，泊位利用率提升4.3%；完善港口智能气象服务平台功能，及时预警冬季大风、夏季突风等恶劣天气，累计压缩大风影响60余小时。

国能黄骅港务公司聚焦提升内部协同效率，船舶压舱水督排2133艘次，单船压缩排水时间0.5小时至1.8小时，泊位停时同比减少2.7%，实现船舶快进快出,为国家夏季用能高峰期电煤供应安全高效夯实基础。

Guoneng Huanghua Port Company deepened cooperation with the Maritime Safety Administration, Meteorological Bureau and other units, and efficiently organized the two-way navigation of 70,000-ton ships for 1,248 times, an increase of 172%, the length of the navigation channel for ships was shortened by 6.4%, and the utilization rate of berths increased by 4.3%. The function of the port intelligent meteorological service platform has been improved, and the severe weather such as winter gale and summer gust has been warned in time, and the accumulated compressive gale has affected the port for more than 60 hours.

Guoneng Huanghua Port Company focuses on improving internal collaborative efficiency, ships ballast water supervision and discharge 2,133 times, single ship compression and drainage time 0.5 hours to 1.8 hours, berths stop time reduced by 2.7% year-on-year, to achieve fast ship in and out, for the national summer peak energy supply of electricity and coal safety and efficient foundation.
