截至6月13日,神东煤炭外购煤年累计发运1476.2万吨,提前17天完成年度硬过半任务,以“自产煤和外购煤协同互补,双向发力”的供应格局,全力发挥外购煤协同保供作用。

围绕年度外购煤计划,公司立足抢先抓早,做好超前谋划,不断挖潜、开发新合作客户,足量签订外购煤采购合同,累计签订长协合同量8778万吨,为年度计划量的3倍,稳定了外购煤资源的基本盘。面对波动的市场环境制定了专项措施,全面掌握现场库存、资源结构、矿井生产接续等信息,并结合站点能力科学安排计划,提高装车效率,实现外购煤发运最大化,一季度超量176万吨。

公司经销中心持续强化市场调研和分析研判,及时掌握区域市场信息,积极与集团和相关业务单位沟通,针对阶段性市场需求和发运政策,提前调整思路,优化资源结构,实现精准调运。四家采购单位及各外购煤业务单位高效协同,积极深入现场沟通洽谈,不断提高服务能力和水平,及时解决业务衔接过程中存在的问题,有效保障了外购煤高效运行。
