团鱼山矿区作为我省煤炭产能接续的又一个大型主力矿区，也是青海能源集团公司持续打造千万吨级保供基地的重点矿区之一。矿区规划总面积28平方公里，煤炭资源量5.1亿吨。矿区划分为2个井田，规划矿井规模合计360万吨/年。从2023年开始，青海能源集团就团鱼山300万吨项目建设开展了前期工作，先后完成了补充勘探报告并完成备案，取得了省生态环境厅规划环评批复，并完成矿区水资源论证报告评审备案工作，同时完成可研报告、瓦斯预测报告、瓦斯突出危险性评估报告、冲击倾向性评估报告、水文类型划分报告、勘测定界报告、地质灾害评估报告、社会稳定风险、初步开发利用方案、压覆矿产资源等多项工作。此次矿区总体规划作为矿区内煤炭资源开发的指导文件，也是煤矿项目核准、建设、生产的基本依据，为矿区后续的开采布局优化、项目核准建设、优质产能释放以及煤炭资源开发与生态环境保护融合发展提供了有力支撑。该矿区的批复，将为矿区内煤炭资源开发揭开新的篇章。

Tuanyushan Mining area, as another large-scale main mining area with continuous coal production capacity in our province, is also one of the key mining areas where Qinghai Energy Group Company continues to build a 10-million-ton guaranteed supply base. The planned area of the mining area is 28 square kilometers, and the coal resources are 510 million tons. The mining area is divided into 2 well fields, with a total planned mine scale of 3.6 million tons/year. Since 2023, Qinghai Energy Group has carried out preliminary work on the construction of 3 million tons of Tuanyushan project, completed the supplementary exploration report and completed the record, obtained the approval of the planning environmental assessment of the provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and completed the eva luation and filing of the mining area water resources demonstration report. At the same time, the feasibility study report, gas prediction report, gas outburst risk assessment report, impact tendency assessment report, hydrological type classification report, survey and demarcation report, geological disaster assessment report, social stability risk, initial development and utilization plan, and a number of work such as overlaying mineral resources. As a guiding document for the development of coal resources in the mining area, the overall plan of the mining area is also the basic basis for the approval, construction and production of coal mine projects, providing strong support for the subsequent optimization of mining layout, project approval and construction, high-quality production capacity release, and the integrated development of coal resources development and ecological environmental protection. The approval of the mine area will open a new chapter for the development of coal resources in the mine area.
