七煤矿业胜利矿管理处培训中心深入践行“素质重在教育,技能源于训练,实施精准培训,筑牢安全基石”的理念,把强化职工安全素质教育、提升职工安全技能作为重中之重,全面加强职工安全教育培训工作,提高全员安全素质。

胜利矿管理处培训中心严格依照《中华人民共和国安全生产法》《煤矿安全培训规定》等政策法规,制定安全教育培训计划和管理制度,完善培训目标、考核体系、奖惩机制,采用线上线下相结合的方式,确保培训工作针对性和可操作性;加强全员全覆盖安全培训,培训内容丰富多元,涵盖安管人员、特种作业工种等岗位,重点开展煤矿防治水、“一规程五细则”、职业病危害防治、应急救援、隐患排查治理及安全风险分级管控、消防等各类专项培训,特别是自救器实操培训,把班前课演示、视频教学、自救器盲戴实操及灾害预兆识别与紧急处置纳入再培训课程,全面提升从业人员的应急救援能力;加强职工安全技能提升培训,围绕提升职工基本技能水平、执行操作规程、岗位风险管控、隐患排查及应急处置、自救互救、紧急避险能力构建系统化、精准化培训课程体系,实施年度全员考核,对不合格者进行再培训,确保每名职工都能熟练掌握岗位技能和安全知识。对于岗位变动和新技术应用人员,实施专项安全培训,确保他们安全上岗;加强师资队伍建设,建立一支专业齐全、结构合理的教师队伍。随着煤矿现代化水平的不断提高,应用新工艺、新技术、新装备,鼓励教师持续学习新知识、新技能,确保教学内容紧跟煤矿现代化发展步伐;强化师徒传承,制定实施师带徒合同制度,明确帮带的目标任务和发展方向,段队班组负责日常监督考核师带徒培训工作,技术员帮助学理论、班组长带领提高实践技能,做到理论与实践相结合,促进了技能传承与人才成长。
