此外，该公司还加大对汽运新通道和新站点的开发力度，相继开通了内蒙古棋盘井站和金泉站，通过加强对承运商的管理及合同履约能力的监管，汽运车辆组织调度、站台装卸转运周转率得到了显著提升。其中，金泉站8月发运量达16.6万吨，为“一体化下水煤”发运量起到了重要补充作用。
