近日,晋能控股太原煤气化华胜煤业公司升级后的井下人员定位系统试运行圆满成功,人员定位更准确可靠,为员工的人身安全提供了有力保障。

井下人员定位系统主要用于对井下作业人员位置进行实时监控,便于人员调度和精准救援。华胜煤业公司技术人员结合矿井特殊的环境和人员定位要求,经过研究和实验,对原有井下人员定位系统进行升级,使用矿用本安型分站和读卡器,实现井下人员位置厘米级精确定位,传输介质使用光缆连接,大大提高了数据的传输速率,使人员定位系统实时监测功能更加准确可靠。

新系统的人员定位识别卡上装有液晶显示屏,显示屏有人员定位识别卡号、日期和时间。地面调度中心可以通过系统向井下人员发送信息,架起了地面监控中心与井下作业人员沟通交流的桥梁,一旦发生紧急情况,可以将报警信息发送到人员定位识别卡上,提高应急处置效率。井口配备的唯一性检测装置能够检测人员所佩戴的标识卡是否属于本人,严禁不携带标识卡、人卡不符的人员入井,杜绝无资质人员入井,并严格控制井下人数,避免人员超限。

井下人员定位系统如同一张无形的网,将井下各条巷道、各工作面全面覆盖。系统采用先进的UWB精确定位技术,静态定位精度小于0.3米,并能够对井下定位目标进行动态跟踪。结合井下GIS地图,可以生动呈现井下人员的实时位置,实现轨迹回放,有效提升人员规范管理水平与矿井智能化水平,提高了矿井生产的安全系数。

The new system is equipped with a liquid crystal display on the personnel location identification card, and the display has the personnel location identification card number, date and time. The ground dispatching center can send information to the underground personnel through the system, which sets up the bridge of communication between the ground monitoring center and the underground operators. In case of emergency, the alarm information can be sent to the personnel positioning identification card to improve the emergency disposal efficiency. The unique detection device equipped with the wellhead can detect whether the identification card worn by the personnel belongs to them. Personnel who do not carry the identification card and do not conform to the personal card are strictly prohibited from entering the well, and unqualified personnel are prohibited from entering the well, and the number of underground personnel is strictly controlled to avoid personnel exceeding the limit.

The underground personnel positioning system is like an invisible net, which covers every roadway and working face in the underground. The system adopts advanced UWB precision positioning technology, the static positioning accuracy is less than 0.3 meters, and can dynamically track the downhole positioning target. Combined with the underground GIS map, the real-time location of the underground personnel can be vividly displayed, the track playback can be realized, the standardized management level of personnel and the intelligent level of the mine can be effectively improved, and the safety factor of mine production can be improved.
