零碳排放，绿色运行，全球首台套200吨级纯电交流传动矿用电动轮自卸车惊艳亮相。交付现场，中煤平朔集团与湘电集团签订16台120吨纯电矿用电动轮自卸式车采购合同，总金额超1亿元。

据悉，该200吨级纯电矿用电动轮自卸车，是湘电集团系列绿色节能装备的又一创新力作，完全纯电运行，可载重200吨，是目前市面上载重吨位最大的纯电自卸车，相当于100台家用小汽车的载重量。据测算，每台车辆每年可减少CO₂排放1500吨以上，单台车可为矿企节约运营成本约500万元。

研制过程中，湘电集团根据大型露天矿山路况特点，全面分析车辆运行过程中的推进系统、液压系统、通风系统、空调系统等各系统能量消耗情况，完成高压配电箱设计，促进高电压、大功率的动力电池包设计，研制开发了高电压、大电流的快速充电设备，从而实现载重吨位更大，充电速度更快和零碳排放。产品调试运行期间，各项指标均达到使用需求。

It is reported that the 200-ton pure electric mine electric wheel dump truck is another innovation of the series of green energy-saving equipment of Xiangdian Group, completely pure electric operation, can carry 200 tons, is the largest pure electric dump truck on the market at present, equivalent to the load of 100 household cars. It is estimated that each vehicle can reduce CO₂ emissions by more than 1500 tons per year, and a single vehicle can save operating costs for mining enterprises about 5 million yuan.

During the development process, XEMC Group comprehensively analyzed the energy consumption of propulsion system, hydraulic system, ventilation system, air conditioning system and other systems during vehicle operation according to the characteristics of road conditions in large open-pit mines, completed the design of high-voltage distribution box, promoted the design of high-voltage and high-power power battery pack, and developed high-voltage and high-current fast charging equipment. This allows for greater deadweight tonnage, faster charging and zero carbon emissions. During the commissioning and operation of the product, all the indicators have reached the use demand.
