梅林污水处理厂设计规模为3万吨/日，出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准（GB18918-2002）》中的一级A排放标准。该项目由吉安市城控水务有限公司投资建设，中节能国祯为该项目的EPC+O总包单位。

本次江苏海环科技公司实施的工艺智能控制系统包括精确曝气与碳源精准投加两个子项，具体为硝氮仪、氨氮仪、空气流量计、风压计、电磁流量、电动菱形阀等仪表、设备与智能控制柜、算法软件开发等软硬件系统集成。该系统的投入使用可实现曝气、碳源投加及内回流无人值守控制，在保证出水COD、氨氮、总氮的稳定达标的前提下，尽可能减小曝气电耗与外部碳源投加量，对于污水处理厂运营的稳定达标与节能降耗发挥重要作用。

吉安项目通过后，江苏海环科技公司的智慧水务省外业务已成功落子江西、安徽、江苏、山东多地，业务内容包括城镇与乡村智慧运管平台、过程指标精准监测与工艺智能控制、三维可视化系统、进水生物毒性在线监测预警系统、管网GIS系统等单元。

The design scale of Meilin sewage treatment plant is 30,000 tons/day, and the effluent quality implements the Level A discharge standard in the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002). The project is invested and constructed by Ji 'an City Control Water Co., LTD. China Energy Conservation Guozhen is the EPC+O general contractor of the project.

The process intelligent control system implemented by Jiangsu HaihuanTechnology Company includes two sub-items of precise aeration and precise carbon source feeding, specifically for nitrate nitrogen meter, ammonia nitrogen meter, air flow meter, wind pressure meter, electromagnetic flow rate, electric diamond valve and other instruments, equipment and intelligent control cabinet, algorithm software development and other software and hardware system integration. The system can realize the unattended control of aeration, carbon source addition and internal reflux, and reduce the power consumption of aeration and the amount of external carbon source addition as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the stable standards of effluent COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen, which plays an important role in the stable standards and energy saving and consumption reduction of sewage treatment plant operation.

After the Ji 'an project was passed, Jiangsu HaihuanTechnology Company's smart water business outside the province has been successfully launched in Jiangxi, Anhui, Jiangsu and Shandong, including urban and rural smart transport management platform, process index accurate monitoring and process intelligent control, three-dimensional visualization system, online monitoring and early warning system of inlet biological toxicity, pipe network GIS system and other units.
