近日,菲达环保承建的毕节江天3200t水泥高温高尘SCR脱硝超低排放改造项目顺利竣工,这也是公司在水泥行业承建的首套高温高尘SCR脱硝改造项目。

毕节江天水泥项目采用新型干法工艺,窑尾烟气配置有SNCR脱硝,为实现企业满足A级和引领性企业的要求,对窑尾烟气进行SCR脱硝超低排放改造。项目启动后,大气事业部迅速组建项目技术团队进行现场勘察和调研。针对水泥行业窑尾烟气具有高温、高尘、高NOx和烟气工况不稳定等特点,以及烟气中粉尘的碱性氧化物极易粘附到催化剂表面导致催化剂中毒的问题,项目技术团队反复修改调整设计方案,最终确定了在SP炉和C1之间的管道中抽取烟气,引入到SCR脱硝反应器进行处理后再回到SP炉入口的脱硝工艺路线。

经过项目团队近8个月的持续推进,改造工程顺利完成,脱硝系统各项目环保指标均达到了预期目标。

Recently, the Bijie Jiangtian 3200t cement high temperature and high dust SCR denitration ultra-low emission transformation project undertaken by Feida Environmental Protection was successfully completed, which is also the first set of high temperature and high dust SCR denitration transformation project undertaken by the company in the cement industry.

Bijie Jiangtian Cement Project adopts A new dry process, and the kiln tail flue gas is equipped with SNCR denitrification. In order to meet the requirements of grade A and leading enterprises, the kiln tail flue gas is reformed with SCR denitrification and ultra-low emission. After the launch of the project, the Atmospheric Division quickly set up a project technical team to conduct on-site investigation and research. In view of the high temperature, high dust, high NOx and unstable working conditions of kiln flue gas in cement industry, as well as the problem that the basic oxide of dust in the flue gas is easy to adhere to the catalyst surface and cause catalyst poisoning, the project technical team repeatedly modified and adjusted the design scheme, and finally determined to extract flue gas from the pipeline between SP furnace and C1. The denitration process route is introduced to SCR denitration reactor for treatment and then returned to SP furnace inlet.

After the continuous promotion of the project team for nearly 8 months, the transformation project was successfully completed, and the environmental protection indicators of the denitration system projects reached the expected goals.
