2024年临近夏至，阿尔卑斯环保在阎良的100吨/天污泥焚烧项目点火运行成功，这标志着公司在中小型污泥焚烧处理领域的迈出了坚实的一步，同时也是在县域固废处理领域技术创新与实践应用相结合的又一重要里程碑。

污泥焚烧项目位于西安市阎良区，厂房占地面积约3亩，日处理100吨污泥，主要处理市政污水厂产生的污泥，污泥含水率为60~80%。

项目利用前期建设运行的垃圾焚烧项目产生的饱和蒸汽作为热源，实现污泥脱水干化，采用鼓泡流化床焚烧炉工艺对干化后的污泥进行焚烧。同时，配备完善的烟气净化装置和飞灰处理系统，确保排放的烟气和飞灰符合国家和地方环保标准。在温度控制方面，焚烧系统采用了先进的温控技术，确保污泥在焚烧过程中能够维持稳定的温度范围。

As the summer solstice approaches in 2024, Alpine Environmental Protection's 100 tons/day sludge incineration project in Yanliang has been successfully ignited and operated, which marks a solid step for the company in the field of small and medium-sized sludge incineration treatment, and also another important milestone in the combination of technological innovation and practical application in the field of county solid waste treatment.

The sludge incineration project is located in Yanliang District, Xi 'an. The plant covers an area of about 3 mu and treats 100 tons of sludge per day. The sludge generated by the municipal sewage plant is mainly treated, and the sludge moisture content is 60~80%.

The project uses the saturated steam generated by the waste incineration project in the early construction as the heat source to realize the dehydration and drying of the sludge, and uses the bubbling fluidized bed incinerator process to incinerate the dried sludge. At the same time, it is equipped with a perfect flue gas purification device and fly ash treatment system to ensure that the discharged flue gas and fly ash meet the national and local environmental standards. In terms of temperature control, the incineration system uses advanced temperature control technology to ensure that the sludge can maintain a stable temperature range during the incineration process.
