#1机组超低排放改造脱硫部分是技改主线，而脱硫二级吸收塔是整个脱硫系统改造工程的关键环节。吸收塔总高46.2米，直径17.9米，塔体主要由壁板、顶板、环梁、梯子平台、人孔门、吸收塔接管、吸收塔入口烟道、吸收塔出口烟道等组成。为确保技改项目有序推进，公司领导提前谋划，精心布置，根据技改项目进度，倒排工作计划，公司领导亲自参与全过程监督管理，大力协调设备方与施工方等。
