该工程作为“疆电入渝”配套电源项目,是国家“十四五”大基地能源项目之一,是国家能源安全和重庆中长期电力供应的重要保障。项目位于新疆哈密市巴里坤县境内的天山北麓戈壁三塘湖矿区,建设规模为2×1000MW高效超超临界燃煤间接空冷发电机组,同步建设脱硫装置、脱硝设施和除尘设备。

自2024年3月开工以来,公司石头梅项目团队克服当地大风、沙尘暴、高温等恶劣气候环境,会同施工、监理、安装等参建单位召开多次会议,因地制宜制定施工方案,按施工节点倒排进度计划,力争做到日事日毕。在吸收塔吊装阶段,恰遇高温天气和沙尘暴袭击,项目团队与施工方、监理方密切合作,制定吸收塔吊装启动方案和安全预案,做好施工过程中各工序的协调配合工作,同时备足防暑降温和抵御沙尘暴所需物资,避开可能出现安全隐患的时间段,采用“白加黑”和“见缝插针”的作业方式,轮流值守现场。经过88天的艰苦攻坚,该项目1#2#吸收塔顶升工作提前完工,为第一阶段的项目建设画上了圆满句号。

下一步,项目团队将继续精耕工程建设质量,加快推进项目进度,做细做实后续各项工作,全力保障项目如期竣工。

As a supporting power supply project for "Xinjiang electricity into Chongqing", the project is one of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" major base energy projects, and an important guarantee for national energy security and long-term power supply in Chongqing. The project is located in the Gobi Sandanghu mining area at the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain, Barkun County, Hami City, Xinjiang. The construction scale is 2×1000MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical coal-fired indirect air cooled generator set, and the simultaneous construction of desulfurization equipment, denitrification facilities and dust removal equipment.

Since the start of construction in March 2024, the company's Shomei project team has overcome the local wind, dust storm, high temperature and other adverse climate environment, and has held several meetings with construction, supervision, installation and other participating units to formulate construction plans according to local conditions, and reverse the progress plan according to the construction node, and strive to finish every day. During the loading stage of the absorption tower crane, the project team worked closely with the construction side and the supervisor to formulate the start-up plan and safety plan for the absorption tower crane installation, coordinate and cooperate with various processes in the construction process, and prepare sufficient materials for heat cooling and sandstorms to avoid possible safety hazards. Adopt the "white and black" and "see the stitch" mode of operation, take turns to watch the scene. After 88 days of hard work, the lifting work of the 1#2# absorption tower of the project was completed ahead of schedule, marking a successful end to the first phase of project construction.

In the next step, the project team will continue to refine the construction quality of the project, accelerate the progress of the project, do detailed follow-up work, and make every effort to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
