6月25日,西南油气田公司阳101H31-4井使用175摄氏度超短螺杆+远端方位伽马工具导向钻进至目的井深顺利完钻,标志着川南页岩气超短螺杆现场试验取得成功。

泸州区块LMX组埋藏深,压力系数大,地层温度高,水平井钻井过程中面临导向工具频繁失效等技术难题。西南油气田公司围绕深层页岩气“卡脖子”技术难题,坚持技术创新引领,持续开展新工艺新技术攻关试验,自主研发油基钻井液地面降温处理技术,开展国产高温旋转导向工具现场试验,推广应用目的层欠平衡钻井工艺,积极探索深层页岩气优快钻井工艺技术。

为解决常规螺杆零长较长,导向钻进地质信息获取滞后的问题,西南油气田公司开展超短螺杆攻关研究,成功研发耐高温175摄氏度超短螺杆,工具长度仅4.8米,较常规螺杆缩短2.5米,更有利于地质导向精准控制井眼轨迹,在阳101H31-4井成功试验,钻进过程工具性能稳定、信号传输准确、定向效果满足轨迹控制要求,铂金靶体钻遇率100%,验证了该工具在深层页岩气水平井的适应性。

下步,西南油气田公司将持续迭代升级高温高压深层页岩气优快钻井技术,全力推进深层页岩气钻井工程持续提速提效。

Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company around deep shale gas "stuck neck" technical problems, adhere to the leadership of technological innovation, continue to carry out new technology and new technology research and development, independent research and development of oil-based drilling fluid surface cooling treatment technology, carry out domestic high temperature rotary steering tool field test, promote the application of target layer underbalanced drilling technology, and actively explore deep shale gas optimal and fast drilling technology.

In order to solve the problem of long zero length of conventional screw and delayed geological information acquisition in guided drilling, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company carried out research on ultra-short screw, and successfully developed the ultra-short screw with high temperature resistance of 175 degrees Celsius. The tool length is only 4.8 meters, 2.5 meters shorter than that of conventional screw, which is more conducive to accurate control of borehole trajectory by geological guidance. The successful test was conducted in well Yang 101H31-4. During the drilling process, the tool has stable performance, accurate signal transmission, directional effect to meet the trajectory control requirements, and the drilling rate of the platinum target is 100%, which verifies the adaptability of the tool in deep shale gas horizontal Wells.
