摘要作为国内首条需穿越隧道的LNG管道,在设计过程中遇到了许多问题。相对于常规隧道工程,该隧道内存在超低温管道穿越和甲类危险介质,LNG泄漏后会迅速膨胀、挥发和扩散,与空气形成的混合物具有爆炸性,使得该工艺隧道固有危险程度很高,如何降低其风险是设计的重中之重。以该LNG工艺隧道工程为例,从工艺设计角度(不考虑隧道结构设计、消防设计等),分析LNG隧道设计过程中采取的安全措施,为今后国内同类项目建设提供参考。There are many problems in the design of China' s first LNG tunnel. Compared with conventional tunnel engineering,LNG tunnel has high degree of inherent riskbecause it involves ultralow temperature pipeline crossing and Class A hazardous medium,and LNG will rapidly expand,volatilize and diffuse in case of leakage and form an explosive mixture with air,so how to reduce its risk is the most important part of the design.
