摘要针对青岛LNG接收站轻烃回收流程存在的能耗较高、产品不易于保存和运输的问题,应用天然气丙烷回收中的DHX(直接换热流程)工艺,引入重接触塔,改进换热网络,设计了一种基于DHX工艺的LNG轻烃回收改进流程,运用Aspen Hysys模拟软件对改进前后的流程进行了模拟分析。结果表明:改进的流程可得到常压下的液态轻烃产品,并降低了流程15.5%的功耗,同时将乙烷回收率提高2.9%,乙烷和丙烷回收率分别达98.8%和99.6%。Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and difficult store and transportation of products in light hydrocarbon recovery process of Qingdao LNG terminal,an improved LNG light hydrocarbon recovery process based on DHX process(direct heat exchange process)in propane recovery of natural gas was designed by introducing re-contact tower and improving heat exchange network,and the Aspen HYSYS simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the process before and after the improvement.The results show that the improved process can obtain liquid light hydrocarbon products under normal pressure and reduce the power consumption of the process by 15.5%.Meanwhile,the ethane recovery is increased by 2.9%.And the recovery of ethane and propane is 98.8%and 99.6%,respectively.
