By optimizing the layout of pipelines and equipment, they realized the optimal combination of more than 1,000 external accessories and gaskets, and for the first time, the low pressure flash tower and the regeneration tower were connected by cone sections, overlapping up and down, and solved the requirement of up to 25m cavitation margin; Factory prefabrication and modular construction methods such as lengthening pile foundation, exterior painting, integral transportation, and integral lifting are adopted to ensure both product quality and transportation and lifting safety of the whole tower. Before hoisting, CPECC Southwest Branch organized the owner and the participating units to discuss, review and optimize the hoisting plan for many times, and prepare emergency plans and disposal measures, considering the tower's total height of 75.5m, maximum outer diameter of nearly 7.5m, total weight of 721 tons, and on-site water pressure weight of 2,948 tons.
