10月15日，准东采油管理区当日生产原油超过1300吨。至此，吐哈油田自获得准东流转新区以来，这里的原油累计产量已超百万吨。

自2019年获得准东流转新区以来，吐哈油田牢固树立“资源为王、效益至上、造福员工”发展理念，坚定不移实施资源、创新、人本三大战略，在准东新区加大风险勘探力度，重点领域集中勘探、潜力领域甩开预探，油气勘探取得重要成果。

吉木萨尔夹层型页岩油、石钱滩天然气、阜东斜坡区、石树沟凹陷南斜坡等领域，先后实现勘探突破和储量扩展，新增三级储量、经济可采储量超额完成年度目标，多项成果获得中国石油勘探重大发现奖，勘探效果为“十三五”以来吐哈油田最好水平。今年9月初，萨探区块新增探明储量通过专家审查备案，这是在流转区发现的最大整装优质储量，也是吐哈油田开发建设史上最高单次申报探明储量。

在准东新区的勘探发现，主要是非常规油藏，资源品位差，效益建产难。5年来，吐哈油田坚持以效益为中心，持续强化勘探评价、平台攻关和先导试验，厘清成藏机理、油藏地质认识，攻关形成配套技术系列，初步建成吉南油田、吉康油田、阜康油田三个原油生产中心，产量箭头一路上扬。2020年初，准东新区日产原油仅28吨。2023年9月，原油日产跃过1000吨。2024年以来，原油日产量持续上扬，成为吐哈油田原油产量最高的油区，占比超过三成。

位于准噶尔盆地的吉木萨尔国家级陆相页岩油示范区，是我国首个国家级陆相页岩油示范区。2020年获准设立以来，吐哈油田和新疆油田通力合作，携手加快推动页岩油示范区增储上产。2023年，吐哈油田准东新区生产页岩油14万吨。2024年，已具备年产20万吨页岩油能力。预计到“十四五”末，由新疆油田和吐哈油田共建的吉木萨尔国家级陆相页岩油示范区，将形成年产170万吨页岩油规模。

在准东新区，吐哈油田坚持同题共答，加强与新疆油田和钻探企业的协作，从一开始就积极探索“油公司”模式，采用“管理+技术+第三方服务”，着力建设“百人百万吨”新型采油管理区，走出“少人、多产、高效”之路。依托物联网建设，这里的员工通过手机端生产智能平台，就可以远程实时管控油井生产，人均管理井数、人均产油量均居吐哈油田榜首。

在吐哈油田的“三个100万吨”战略目标中，“新区上产100万吨”重任落在准东新区。10月16日，吉28块9口平台井的集中压裂正在有序进行中。随着这些新井的投产，吐哈准东新区原油产量将再添上扬力量。截至目前，准东新区原油生产能力达到50万吨。2024年全年可生产原油44万吨，正在向着“百人百万吨”目标稳步迈进。

Since the acquisition of the Zhundong Circulation New Area in 2019, Tuha Oilfield has firmly established the development concept of "resources are king, efficiency is first, and employees are benefited", unswervingly implemented the three strategies of resources, innovation and people, increased risk exploration efforts in the Zhundong New Area, concentrated exploration in key areas, and left pre-exploration in potential areas, and achieved important results in oil and gas exploration.

Jimusar interlayer shale oil, Shiqiantan natural gas, Fudong slope area, Shishugou sag south slope and other fields, has achieved exploration breakthroughs and reserves expansion, new third-level reserves, economic recoverable reserves exceeded the annual target, a number of achievements won the China Petroleum Exploration major discovery Award, exploration effect is the "13th Five-Year" since the best level of Tuha oilfield. At the beginning of September this year, the new proved reserves in the Sattan block passed the expert review and filing, which is the largest integrated high-quality reserves found in the transfer area, and the highest single declared proved reserves in the history of Tuha oilfield development and construction.

The exploration and discovery in Zhundong New Area are mainly unconventional reservoirs, which have poor resource grade and difficult benefit construction and production. Over the past five years, Tuha Oilfield has adhered to the efficiency as the center, continued to strengthen exploration and eva luation, platform research and pilot tests, clarified the reservoir formation mechanism, reservoir geological understanding, and formed a series of supporting technologies. Three crude oil production centers have been initially established in Jinan Oilfield, Jikang Oilfield and Fukang Oilfield, and the output has risen all the way. At the beginning of 2020, the daily production of crude oil in the Zhundong New Area was only 28 tons. In September 2023, crude oil per day jumped to more than 1,000 tons. Since 2024, the daily production of crude oil has continued to rise, becoming the highest crude oil production area in the Tuha oilfield, accounting for more than 30%.
Jimsar National continental shale oil Demonstration Zone, located in Junggar Basin, is the first national continental shale oil demonstration zone in China. Since its establishment in 2020, Tuha Oilfield and Xinjiang Oilfield have worked together to accelerate the increase of storage and production in shale oil demonstration zones. In 2023, the Jundong new area of Tuha Oilfield will produce 140,000 tons of shale oil. In 2024, it has an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of shale oil. It is expected that by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, Jimsar National continental shale oil Demonstration Zone jointly built by Xinjiang Oil Field and Tuha Oil Field will form an annual output of 1.7 million tons of shale oil.

In the Zhundong New Area, Tuha Oilfield adheres to the same question, strengthens the cooperation with Xinjiang oilfield and drilling enterprises, actively explores the "oil company" model from the beginning, adopts "management + technology + third-party services", and strives to build a new oil production management area with "one hundred people and one million tons", and steps out of the road of "few people, productive and efficient". Relying on the construction of the Internet of Things, employees here can remotely control the production of oil Wells in real time through the intelligent production platform of the mobile phone, and the number of Wells managed per capita and the per capita oil production rank first in Tuha oilfield.

Among the "three 1 million tons" strategic goals of Tuha Oilfield, the task of "producing 1 million tons in the New area" falls on Jundong New Area. On October 16, the centralized fracturing of 9 platform Wells in Ji28 block was in orderly progress. With the production of these new Wells, the crude oil production of Tuha Jundong New Area will be added to the upward force. Up to now, the crude oil production capacity of Jundong New Area has reached 500,000 tons. In 2024, it can produce 440,000 tons of crude oil in the whole year, and it is steadily moving toward the goal of "100 million tons of people".
