中原石油工程西北工区围绕全年钻井生产目标和技术管理指标，强化安全管理、生产管理、技术管理，确保钻井生产安全高效运行，截至3月19日，开钻22口井、交井18口，钻井进尺超11万米，提前25天完成一季度钻井进尺任务。

西北工区强化生产管理，聚焦“无缝隙”组织施工、“零时差”衔接工序，充分发挥“大兵团”作战优势，统筹推进钻井生产，并成立重点井提速提效小组，明确钻井周期、井身质量及井控指标，提高施工质效和创效水平。强化技术精细管理，从源头消除设计风险，根据每口井钻进情况科学调整技术参数，按不同地层细化堵漏配方，提高一次堵漏成功率。针对外围区块下部地层机械钻速低的问题，分层、分段做好钻头选型，提高下部地层机械钻速。前两个月，该工区钻井生产时效达98.67%，同比提升2.8%，在YQ5-14斜井创开钻20天进尺6000米的纪录。

The Northwest Work area strengthens production management, focuses on the "seamless" construction organization and the "zero time difference" connecting process, gives full play to the combat advantages of the "large corps", coordinates the promotion of drilling production, and sets up a key well speed and efficiency group to clarify the drilling cycle, well quality and well control indicators, and improves the construction quality and efficiency level. Strengthen the technical fine management, eliminate the design risk from the source, scientifically adjust the technical parameters according to the drilling situation of each well, refine the plugging formula according to different strata, and improve the success rate of a plugging. Aiming at the low drilling rate of the lower stratum in the peripheral block, the bit selection is done well in stratification and segmentation to improve the drilling rate of the lower stratum. In the first two months, the production time of drilling in the working area reached 98.67%, an increase of 2.8% year-on-year, and the 20-day drilling record of 6000 meters was set in the YQ5-14 inclined well.
