由胜利石油工程50816队承钻的胜利油田商541-斜29井，刷新中国石化3500至4000米井钻井周期纪录，钻井周期仅为4.17天。

商541-斜29井是胜利油田商541区块第四口井。施工中，钻井队不断总结经验，从管理运行、工艺技术、设备工具等多维度入手，构建钻井提速学习曲线，通过人员优化、循环系统升级、“三位一体”钻通一体工艺应用、大功率钻具优选等措施，大幅提升钻井时效，钻井周期由首口井的9.79天降至4.17天。

The Shengli Oil Field operator's 541-inclined 29 well, drilled by Shengli Petroleum Engineering 50816 team, set a new Sinopec drilling cycle record of 3,500 to 4,000 meters, with a drilling cycle of only 4.17 days.

Well Shang541-Skew 29 is the fourth well in Shang541 Block of Shengli Oilfield. During the construction, the drilling team continued to sum up experience, from the management and operation, process technology, equipment tools and other aspects of the construction, the construction of drilling speed learning curve, through personnel optimization, circulation system upgrade, "trinity" drilling through one process application, high-power drilling tool selection and other measures, greatly improved the drilling time, drilling cycle from the first well 9.79 days to 4.17 days.
