中国石油和化学工业联合会开展化工新材料年度创新产品评价工作，旨在贯彻落实国家创新驱动发展战略，鼓励国内化工企业技术创新，推动化工新材料下游应用，加快补齐产业链供应链短板。2023年，向全行业企业公开征集化工新材料创新产品，经形式审查、专家综合评价，20个产品获评化工新材料创新产品。

中国石化7个产品获评化工新材料2023年度创新产品，分别是：北京化工研究院的高性能聚丁烯-1、V2级阻燃聚丙烯树脂、高强聚丙烯长丝土工布专用树脂和茂金属聚丙烯催化剂，天津石化的四元共聚聚乙烯薄膜专用料，上海石油化工研究院的TPVA-OBP阻隔应用材料，湖南石化的机械手加强臂用碳纤维拉挤板环氧树脂。

The China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation carried out the annual innovative product eva luation of new chemical materials, aiming to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy, encourage technological innovation in domestic chemical enterprises, promote the downstream application of new chemical materials, and speed up the shortcomings of the industrial chain and supply chain. In 2023, innovative products of new chemical materials will be publicly solicited from enterprises in the whole industry, and 20 products will be eva luated as innovative products of new chemical materials after form review and comprehensive eva luation by experts.

Seven products of Sinopec were rated as 2023 innovative products of new chemical materials, which are: Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry high-performance polybutene-1, V2 grade flame retardant polypropylene resin, high strength polypropylene filament special resin and metallocene polypropylene catalyst, Tianjin Petrochemical four-component copolymerization polyethylene film special material, Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute TPVA-OBP barrier application material, Hunan Petrochemical manipulator reinforcement arm with carbon fiber pultruded plate epoxy resin.
