位于伊拉克美索不达米亚平原的中国石油（伊拉克）哈法亚公司一季度生产数据显示：哈法亚油田累计生产原油突破10亿桶。

哈法亚项目是中国石油第一次以作业者身份与国际石油公司合作开发的大型项目。项目于2012年6月、2014年8月和2018年12月分别完成一期500万吨、二期1000万吨和三期2000万吨产能建设工程，并于2019年3月实现40万桶/日高峰产量，达到合同规定的高峰产量目标。中国石油由此成为在伊拉克作业的国际石油公司中，第一个完成高峰产能建设的作业者，向伊拉克政府和其他石油公司展示了中国石油的技术水平、整体实力和契约精神。

推广成熟技术，彰显中国石油技术实力。公司通过应用双分支水平井技术，实现开发初期好油快流，快速回收投资，降低投资风险；通过套管砾石充填复合防砂技术，实现疏松砂岩JK油藏的规模效益开发，保障油藏稳产高产；通过水平井分段水力压裂技术，实现超低渗透Sadi油藏的经济有效动用；通过层系归位和分层注水技术，精细化注水开发主力Main Mishrif油藏，提高水驱开发效果，助力油藏长久稳产；通过应用异常高温高压安全高效钻井技术体系，成功动用Yamama油藏，2口先导试验井初始日产量均超5000桶。中国石油成熟的工艺技术赢得了良好的国际声誉，为未来的技术合作和业务拓展奠定了坚实基础。

The first quarter production data of petrochina (Iraq) Hafaya Company, located in the Mesopotamian plain of Iraq, shows that the cumulative production of crude oil in the Hafaya field exceeded 1 billion barrels.

The Halfaya project is the first major project developed by petrochina in cooperation with an international oil company as an operator. In June 2012, August 2014 and December 2018, the project completed the first phase of 5 million tons of capacity construction, the second phase of 10 million tons and the third phase of 20 million tons of capacity construction, and achieved the peak production of 400,000 barrels per day in March 2019, reaching the peak production target stipulated in the contract. As a result, petrochina became the first international oil company operating in Iraq to complete the construction of peak production capacity, demonstrating to the Iraqi government and other oil companies the technical level, overall strength and contractual spirit of petrochina.

Promote mature technology and demonstrate the technical strength of China's petroleum. Through the application of double-branch horizontal well technology, the company can realize the fast flow of good oil in the early stage of development, fast recovery of investment, and reduce investment risks; Through the combination of casing gravel packing and sand control technology, the scale benefit development of unconsolidated sandstone JK reservoir can be realized to ensure the stable and high production of the reservoir. The ultra-low permeability Sadi reservoir can be economically and effectively utilized through horizontal well stage hydraulic fracturing. The Main Mishrif reservoir is refined through series homing and stratified waterflooding technology to improve the water drive development effect and help the reservoir to maintain long-term production. The Yamama reservoir was successfully tapped through the application of an unusually high temperature and high pressure safe and efficient drilling technology system, and the initial production rate of the two pilot Wells exceeded 5,000 barrels per day. Petrochina's mature process technology has won a good international reputation, laying a solid foundation for future technical cooperation and business expansion.
