4月15日,由长城钻探工程技术研究院自主研制的开窗与防磁段钻进一体式工具,在苏里格致密气作业区苏10-54-54CH井首次应用并获得成功,创造国内套管开窗和钻进一趟钻施工纪录,填补了国内此项技术空白,达到了国内领先、国际先进的技术水平,标志着长城钻探在侧钻井开窗技术领域再上新台阶。

开窗与防磁段钻进一体式工具主要针对传统开窗铣锥工艺复杂、成本高等问题而研发应用。长城钻探工程技术研究院科技研发人员通过对磨铣材料优选、工具结构优化、敷焊工艺优化、地面模拟试验与改进等内容进行攻关研究,形成了基于新型专用磨铣材料和结构的专用工具,有效简化和缩短了开窗作业工艺和施工周期。

据了解,苏10-54-54CH井为5寸半套管开窗侧钻水平井,开窗点井深2856米,采用一支直径118毫米铣锥,用时14小时就完成了开窗和钻进总进尺20米的施工任务,施工周期缩短了27%,为剩余油气资源低成本高效挖潜增加了技术保障手段。

On April 15, the integrated tool for window opening and anti-magnetic section drilling independently developed by the Great Wall Drilling Engineering Technology Research Institute was successfully applied for the first time in the Su 10-54-54CH well in the Sulige tight gas operation area, creating a domestic construction record for casing window opening and drilling one trip, filling the domestic technical gap, and reaching the domestic leading and international advanced technical level. This marks the Great Wall drilling in the field of side drilling window technology to a new level.

The integrated tool for window and anti-magnetic section drilling is mainly developed and applied to solve the problems of complex and high cost of traditional window cone milling process. The research and development personnel of the Great Wall Drilling Engineering Technology Research Institute through the optimization of milling materials, tool structure optimization, welding process optimization, ground simulation test and improvement and other content, formed a special tool based on a new type of special milling materials and structures, effectively simplified and shortened the window opening process and construction period.

It is understood that the Su 10-54-54CH well is a 5-inch half-casing window side-drilling horizontal well, the window point is 2856 meters deep, using a diameter of 118 mm milling cone, it takes 14 hours to complete the window opening and drilling a total of 20 meters of the construction task, the construction period is shortened by 27%, and the remaining oil and gas resources are low-cost and efficient exploitation of potential increased technical support means.
