大庆石化公司牢固树立市场观念、经营理念、价值创造意识，以“满足生产、效益最优”为原则，实施上下游装置全流程优化调整，发挥特色产品创效优势，加快做精炼油产业链。一季度，公司加工原油226万吨，生产汽柴油106万吨、石蜡7万吨、石油焦5万吨，炼油业务盈利3.47亿元。

年初以来，石蜡市场稳中有升。大庆石化抓住有利时机，优化流程和操作，增加原料组分，提高石蜡生产负荷。

目前，正值东北地区春耕的关键时期。为保障市场供应，大庆石化按照最佳效益路线生产农用柴油，并通过实施大负荷生产方案提高柴油产量。炼油二部加氢一装置工艺主管田博文说：“我们根据市场需求，灵活调整柴油和汽油加工量，装置负荷高达110%，每天可生产约3800吨优质柴油调和组分。”

MTBE作为一种优良的高辛烷值汽油添加剂，市场效益较好。大庆石化瞄准市场行情，成立攻关小组，一季度，生产MTBE产品2.1万吨，增加效益66万元。

为有效解决生产问题，加强瓶颈难题攻关，积极打造提质增效“增值版”，大庆石化结合装置区实际，先后成立滑油系统、加氢系统、加热炉、工艺防腐、节能降耗5个攻关小组。通过专业组组织、装置区参与，整体推进攻关小组各项工作，助推提质增效工作取得实效。

Since the beginning of the year, the paraffin market has risen steadily. Daqing Petrochemical seized the favorable opportunity to optimize processes and operations, increase raw material components, and increase the production load of paraffin.

At present, it is the critical period of spring ploughing in northeast China. In order to ensure market supply, Daqing Petrochemical produces agricultural diesel in accordance with the best efficiency route, and increases diesel output through the implementation of large-load production program. "According to market demand, we flexibly adjust the processing volume of diesel and gasoline, and the load of the unit is as high as 110%, which can produce about 3,800 tons of high-quality diesel blend components per day," said Tian Bowen, process supervisor of the Hydrogenation Unit of the second Refinery Department.

MTBE is an excellent high octane number gasoline additive with good market benefits. Daqing Petrochemical aimed at the market, set up a research group, the first quarter, the production of MTBE products 21,000 tons, increased benefits of 660,000 yuan.

In order to effectively solve production problems, strengthen bottleneck problems, and actively create a "value-added version" to improve quality and efficiency, Daqing Petrochemical has successively set up five research groups, including oil system, hydrogenation system, heating furnace, process anticorrosion, and energy saving and consumption reduction, in combination with the actual plant area. Through the organization of the professional group and the participation of the installation area, the work of the research group is promoted as a whole, and the work of improving quality and efficiency is achieved.
