截至4月15日,中油测井自主研发的CNPC-IDS智能导向系统已在川渝深层页岩气承钻13口井,累计进尺2.2万米,导向短节故障率同比降低65%,单串工具平均进尺同比提高23.6%,达到国外同类产品水平,获得市场广泛认可。

该系统在川渝深层页岩气井应用之初,钻进过程中振动大、温度高、偏移距长,导致旋转导向短节故障率高,难以实现系统在恶劣井眼环境中长时间稳定可靠运行的目标。

中油测井智能导向项目组经过集中科研攻关、改进设计,重新选取了含PTFE高分子材料的液压油,创新设计金属密封替代胶囊密封,实现高效液压储能,同步研制出国内首套液压模块高温标定装置,提高了液压模块在高温环境下的执行精度及可靠性。同时,优选高温芯片、改进设计和制造工艺,将耐温指标提升到175摄氏度,彻底解决了液压模块和导向短节在高温复杂环境中故障率较高的问题。

目前,该系统已成为川渝深层页岩气等非常规、超深油气藏提速提质提效的核心利器,实现了在川渝深层页岩气的规模应用。

As of April 15, CNPC-IDS intelligent guidance system independently developed by CNPC logging has drilled 13 Wells in deep shale gas in Sichuan and Chongqing, with a cumulative footage of 22,000 meters, the failure rate of guide sub has been reduced by 65% year-on-year, and the average footage of a single string tool has been increased by 23.6% year-on-year, reaching the level of similar foreign products and widely recognized by the market.

At the beginning of the application of the system in deep shale gas Wells in Sichuan and Chongqing, the high vibration, high temperature and long offset during drilling lead to high failure rate of the rotary steerable nipple, which is difficult to achieve the long-term stable and reliable operation of the system in harsh borehole environment.

After intensive scientific research and improved design, China Oil Logging intelligent guidance project team re-selected the hydraulic oil containing PTFE polymer material, innovatively designed metal seal instead of capsule seal, realized efficient hydraulic energy storage, and simultaneously developed the first set of high temperature calibration device for hydraulic module in China, improving the execution accuracy and reliability of hydraulic module in high temperature environment. At the same time, the high temperature chip is selected, the design and manufacturing process is improved, and the temperature resistance index is raised to 175 degrees Celsius, which completely solves the problem of high failure rate of the hydraulic module and guide sub in the high temperature complex environment.

At present, the system has become a core tool for speeding up and improving the quality and efficiency of unconventional and ultra-deep oil and gas reservoirs such as deep shale gas in Sichuan and Chongqing, and has realized large-scale application in deep shale gas in Sichuan and Chongqing.
