5月6日,冀东油田南堡3号人工岛南堡1-5区L井组5口井工厂化钻井顺利完工,至此,该岛完钻井数达248口,刷新国内单岛体完钻井数纪录。

南堡3号人工岛由吹沙造地而成,面积200亩,于2008年5月开工建设,2009年7月建成投产,实施整体气举采油,是我国目前面积最大、油水井数量最多、油气产量最高的整体气举采油平台。

此次完钻的南堡1-5区L井组5口井,属于中深层产建项目,是冀东油田2024年的重点产建项目。项目共部署开发井10口,平均井深3053米,采取工厂化钻井方式批量施工。作为冀东油田井口密度最高的区域,3号人工岛存在钻井井碰、溢流、漏转喷、碰转喷等诸多高风险。

针对南堡3号人工岛的钻井技术瓶颈,冀东油田积极开展技术攻关研究,形成了大平台密集丛式井钻井+“见缝插针”防碰绕障、漏喷同层区安全钻井等技术,保障了钻井施工顺利进行。升级井控管理,强化井控验收工作,立足一次井控,搞好二次井控,做好注水井压力监测,及时协调周边注水井停注泄压工作。精细生产组织,优选技术实力强和经验丰富的钻井队,有效利用现场空间,合理安排钻机设备、固化设备等,在相邻注采井做好井口安全防护。充分发挥工厂化钻井流程化、批量化优势,提高钻井液重复利用率,减少固井“候凝停”等,实现井组整体提速。加强沟通协调,超前将生产物资组织到位,保证关键环节连续施工。据介绍,L井组5口完成井平均井深为3028米,平均建井周期为29.19天,比计划平均缩短近6天,工厂化钻井提速效果显著。

On May 6, the factory drilling of 5 Wells in the L well group in the Nanpu 1-5 area of Nanpu No. 3 artificial island of Jidong Oilfield was successfully completed, so far, the number of completed Wells on the island reached 248, refreshing the domestic single island body drilling record.

Nanpu No. 3 artificial island is built by blowing sand and covers an area of 200 mu. The construction started in May 2008 and was completed and put into operation in July 2009. It is an integral gas lift oil production platform with the largest area, the largest number of oil Wells and the highest oil and gas production in China.

The 5 Wells of the L well group in Nanpu 1-5 area, which belong to the middle and deep production construction project, are the key production construction projects of Jidong Oilfield in 2024. The project deployed a total of 10 development Wells, with an average well depth of 3053 meters, and adopted industrial drilling method for batch construction. As the area with the highest wellhead density in Jidong Oilfield, the No. 3 artificial island has many high risks such as drilling well collision, overflow, leakage and blowout.

In view of the drilling technology bottleneck of Nanpu No. 3 artificial island, Jidong Oilfield actively carried out technical research, and formed a large platform dense cluster drilling + "see the needle" anti-collision and blockage, leakage and spray zone safety drilling technology, which ensured the smooth drilling construction. Upgrade well control management, strengthen well control acceptance work, based on primary well control, do a good job of secondary well control, do a good job of water injection well pressure monitoring, timely coordinate the surrounding water injection well shutdown pressure relief work. Fine production organization, the selection of strong technical strength and experienced drilling team, effective use of site space, reasonable arrangement of drilling equipment, curing equipment, etc., in the adjacent injection and production Wells to do well wellhead safety protection. Give full play to the advantages of industrial drilling process and mass, improve the repeated utilization rate of drilling fluid, reduce the "waiting for solidification" of cementing, etc., and realize the overall speed of the well group. Strengthen communication and coordination, organize production materials in advance, and ensure continuous construction of key links. According to reports, the average depth of the five completed Wells in the L well group is 3028 meters, and the average well construction period is 29.19 days, which is nearly 6 days shorter than the average plan, and the factory drilling speed is remarkable.
