一年前,宁夏盐池县的这片土地还是荒凉的盐碱地。2023年5月19日,宁夏300万吨/年CCUS示范项目正式开工建设。该项目是宁夏地方政府牵手中国石油长庆油田、国家能源集团宁夏煤业公司两家央企,强强联合共同打造的绿色低碳示范项目。项目由“宁东基地碳源捕集工程”与“长庆油区(宁夏)驱油封存工程”两部分组成,在全球首次实现了大型油气田和现代煤化工企业之间的绿色减碳合作,对鄂尔多斯盆地乃至国内CCUS产业发展具有重要示范意义。“与宁东能源化工基地牵手发展CCUS,不仅可以破解宁东煤化工企业的‘高碳’之困,而且可以推动油田低碳转型、提产增效。”采油三厂厂长马宏说,这是一场“减碳”与“增产”之间的双向奔赴。

长庆油田所在的鄂尔多斯盆地,是国际上典型的“三低”(低渗、低压、低丰度)油气藏,石油“藏”在头发丝一般隐秘细小的岩石孔隙中,开采难度极大。采油三厂宁夏油区经过50多年的开发建设,富油区减少,老油田水驱开发矛盾日益突出,新区低品位储量开发效果较差,原油开采如同被念了“紧箍咒”。CCUS技术将捕集的二氧化碳代替水作为驱替流体注入油藏中,可提高原油采收率,成为油田增产的“特效药”。

“储罐内的液态二氧化碳通过注入装置注向地层,利用二氧化碳易与原油混相的特点,降低原油黏稠度,让不爱动的原油动起来,从而提高采收率,同时实现二氧化碳永久封存。”采油三厂红井子作业区现场技术人员盛中华形容CCUS技术是“棉花地里种芝麻,一举两得”。

"The joint development of CCUS with Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base can not only solve the 'high carbon' problem of Ningdong coal chemical enterprises, but also promote the low-carbon transformation of oil fields and increase production and efficiency." Ma Hong, the director of the third oil production plant, said that this is a two-way rush between "carbon reduction" and "production increase".
