近日,新疆油田首个应用水平井数字化钻井技术自主服务的整体区块——夏9井区10口水平井顺利完井,平均完井工期由25.86天缩短至19.3天,实现综合提速25.4%,创造了单趟进尺1941米、机械钻速17.8米/时、1000米水平段完钻工期9.2天等多项区块纪录。

水平井数字化钻井技术由工程技术研究院(监理公司)联合开发公司共同研发,该技术依托RDC一体化平台,通过大数据和人工智能技术,应用钻井实时优化软件模拟分析现场数据预测钻进情况,能有效解决复杂预防、最优参数、井眼清洁和轨迹防控等技术难题。针对夏9井区前期趟钻次数多的情况,新疆油田RDC技术团队通过实时井底ECD计算、实时井眼摩阻反演、米动态井眼轨迹控制方法和优化调整钻井参数,形成了夏9井区造斜水平一趟钻技术,其中5口井实现斜井段一趟钻,较前期减少两趟钻;6口井实现不通井下套管。完井工期第一轮提速20.1%、第二轮提速37.74%,成功建立夏9井区钻井学习曲线,为后续施工提供了技术模板。

下一步,新疆油田RDC技术团队将梳理夏9井区两轮钻井施工存在的经验做法,锚定区域提速提效,形成夏9井区“一趟钻”提速模板,并推广应用。

Recently, 10 horizontal Wells in the Xia 9 well area, the first overall block in Xinjiang oilfield to apply digital horizontal well drilling technology to provide independent services, were successfully completed, and the average completion time was shortened from 25.86 days to 19.3 days, achieving a comprehensive speed increase of 25.4%. Set a number of block records, such as the penetration rate of 1,941 meters per run, the penetration rate of 17.8 meters per hour, and the completion period of 9.2 days in the horizontal section of 1,000 meters.

The horizontal well digital drilling technology is jointly developed by the Engineering Technology Research Institute (supervision company) and the development company. Relying on the RDC integrated platform, the technology applies the real-time drilling optimization software to simulate and analyze on-site data to predict drilling conditions through big data and artificial intelligence technology, and can effectively solve technical problems such as complex prevention, optimal parameters, hole cleaning and trajectory prevention and control. In view of the high number of trips in the early stage of the Xia 9 well area, the RDC technical team of Xinjiang Oilfield formed the horizontal drilling technology of the Xia 9 well area by real-time bottomhole ECD calculation, real-time borehole friction inversion, meter dynamic borehole trajectory control method and optimization and adjustment of drilling parameters. Five Wells realized one trip in the deviated well section, reducing two trips compared with the earlier stage. Six Wells were closed to casing. During the completion period, the drilling speed was increased by 20.1% in the first round and 37.74% in the second round, which successfully established the drilling learning curve in the Xia 9 well area and provided a technical template for the subsequent construction.

In the next step, the RDC technical team of Xinjiang Oilfield will sort out the experience and practice of two-round drilling construction in the Xia 9 well area, improve the speed and efficiency of the anchoring area, form a "one-trip drilling" speed increase template in the Xia 9 well area, and promote its application.
