6月4日，由渤海钻探钻井四公司50045钻井队承钻的南堡13-1837井正在进行完井电测作业，标志着这个公司完成了冀东油田三号人工岛2024年度首批施工的10口井。至此，三号人工岛丛式井数创国内最多。

冀东油田三号人工岛面积仅有0.147平方千米，岛上井网密布，今年共部署开发井10口，实行“工厂化钻井”批量施工。接到施工任务后，这个公司紧紧围绕钻井提速增效目标，最大程度发挥单队单机作业潜力，优化队伍、设备调配方案，优化运营保障，加强后方支撑，确保项目持续高效运行。

针对三号人工岛新钻井技术瓶颈，这个公司技术人员主动出击，积极开展技术研究，攻关形成了大平台密集丛式井和“见缝插针”防碰绕障技术，加密优化调整井身结构，以批次开钻为界面采用“工厂化钻井”施工模式。施工过程中，这个公司积极发挥“工厂化钻井”施工模式优势，使钻井过程流程化、批量化。公司派驻专业技术井长与钻井队共同把关，科学严密组织生产，严格落实各项技术措施，坚持“一井一策”“一井一法”。取芯作业中，严格执行双坐岗制度，实时监测工程参数变化，做好出芯过程管理，确保钻井施工安全高效。其中，在南堡13-1828井三开钻井施工中，连续密闭取芯12筒，取芯进尺78米，芯长76.13米，收获率97.6%，密闭率97.75%，为冀东油田三号构造东一段储层产能评估及开发提供了科学精准依据。

In view of the new drilling technology bottleneck of No. 3 artificial island, the company's technical staff took the initiative to carry out technical research, and formed a large platform dense cluster well and "see the needle" anti-collision and obstacle technology, encrypted optimization and adjustment of the well structure, and adopted the "factory drilling" construction mode with batch drilling as the interface. During the construction process, the company actively gives play to the advantages of the "factory drilling" construction mode, making the drilling process streamlined and mass. The company dispatched professional and technical well leader and drilling team to check together, scientific and strict organization of production, strict implementation of technical measures, adhere to the "one well, one policy" and "one well, one method". In the core operation, the double position system is strictly implemented, the change of engineering parameters is monitored in real time, and the core production process is managed well to ensure the safety and efficiency of drilling construction. Among them, in the construction of Nanpu 13-1828 well, 12 continuous closed coring tubes, coring penetration of 78 meters, core length of 76.13 meters, harvest rate of 97.6%, sealing rate of 97.75%, which provides a scientific and accurate basis for reservoir productivity assessment and development of the east section of No. 3 structure in Jidong Oilfield.
