深水、深层油气勘探开发能力是一个国家或石油公司技术水平的重要体现。长期以来,购买、租赁进口拖缆油气勘探装备费用较为昂贵,为进一步提高我国深水油气藏的勘探能力,实现高水平科技自立自强,自2017年起,科研团队围绕作业深度、勘探精度、系统功能等难题,持续开展深水地震勘探成套装备的研发工作。

中海油服在前期研发成果的基础上,先后攻克高精度动态电子罗盘、大数据动态链路传输、采传一体化、大尺径聚氨酯护套挤出、高精度炮点预测和拖缆网络平差算法等30余项关键技术,突破进口检波器深度、道间距限制,同时拓展低频到2Hz,有效提升海洋地震资料成像品质,形成集HQI-Seis拖缆采集系统、HQI-PoCo拖缆控制与定位系统、HQI-Source震源控制系统、HQI-Navi拖缆综合导航系统为一体的“海经”拖缆成套装备。

2022年8月,该套装备整体列装亚洲最大深水物探船“海洋石油720”,完全摆脱进口海洋拖缆工程装备的限制。2023年10月,这艘搭载着成套自研拖缆装备的物探船绘制了我国首张深海3000米以下“海底”宝藏图,在深海探测、采集、定位中表现出卓越的技术水平和作业能力。

整体技术国际先进。“海经”成套拖缆装备共获得国家发明专利34项,发表论文20余篇,自首次应用以来,先后列装4艘海洋石油物探船,在国内四海累计作业工区达24个。2024年3月,“海经”系统完成海外印尼“首秀”,得到国外客户的高度赞誉,同年4月,首次外销的成套装备在中山大学号顺利应用,持续提升了国产装备的核心竞争力。

The exploration and development capability of deep water and oil and gas is an important manifestation of the technical level of a country or oil company. For a long time, the purchase and lease of imported tow cable oil and gas exploration equipment is relatively expensive, in order to further improve the exploration capability of deep-water oil and gas reservoirs in China and achieve high-level scientific and technological self-reliance, since 2017, the scientific research team has continued to carry out the research and development of complete sets of deep-water seismic exploration equipment around the problems of operation depth, exploration accuracy, system function and so on.

On the basis of the previous research and development achievements, COSL has conquered more than 30 key technologies such as high-precision dynamic electronic compass, big data dynamic link transmission, integration of mining and transmission, large-diameter polyurethane sheath extrusion, high-precision shot point prediction and towline network adjustment algorithm, breaking through the limits of imported geophone depth and channel spacing, and expanding the low frequency to 2Hz. Effectively improve the imaging quality of Marine seismic data, and form a complete set of "Sea Longitude" towing cable equipment integrating HQI-Seis towing cable acquisition system, HQI-PoCo towing cable control and positioning system, HQI-Source source control system, and HQI-Navi towing cable integrated navigation system.

In August 2022, this set of equipment was installed as a whole in Asia's largest deep-water geophysical exploration ship "Offshore Oil 720", completely free from the restrictions of importing offshore streamer engineering equipment. In October 2023, the geophysical exploration ship equipped with a complete set of self-developed towing cable equipment drew China's first deep-sea "seabed" treasure map below 3,000 meters, showing excellent technical level and operational capability in deep-sea exploration, collection and positioning.

The overall technology is internationally advanced. "Haijing" complete set of towing cable equipment has obtained 34 national invention patents, published more than 20 papers, since the first application, has lined up 4 offshore oil geophysical exploration ships, in the four seas of the country's cumulative work area of 24. In March 2024, the "Haijin" system completed its overseas "debut" in Indonesia, which was highly praised by foreign customers. In April of the same year, the complete sets of equipment exported for the first time were successfully applied in Sun Yat-sen University, which continued to enhance the core competitiveness of domestic equipment.
