近日，井下作业公司工具研发推广项目部自主研发的“胜利天工”一体式开窗系统顺利完成油气井下作业中心营17侧斜51井座封、开窗和修窗施工任务，总开窗、修窗用时2小时40分钟，相对传统分体式开窗作业提高施工时效6倍，提速增效效果明显。

目前，胜利油田每年约有800余口侧钻施工井，而常规侧钻井施工周期一般在一个月左右，如何提高侧钻施工效率，成为油田老井开发的一大难题。

为此，井下作业公司积极响应胜利油田及胜利石油工程公司侧钻提速提效主题，全面推进油气井下作业中心战略合作，围绕侧钻提速提效进行攻关立项，开展工具自主设计加工，成功研发出“胜利天工”一体式开窗系统。

该一体式开窗系统较传统分体式开窗作业，可实现开窗铣锥、导斜器斜面一趟钻下入，通过改变磨铣方式，将以往磨鞋开窗12-13小时降低至2小时左右，大幅提升施工效率。同时，该开窗系统还带有自封工具，可以在井漏时对原井眼进行封闭，减少以往注灰、打桥塞等井筒处理时间，进一步降低成本、提高工作时效。

At present, there are more than 800 sidedrilling Wells in Shengli Oilfield every year, and the construction period of conventional side drilling is generally about one month. How to improve the efficiency of sidedrilling construction has become a major problem in the development of old Wells.

To this end, the downhole operation company actively responded to the theme of Shengli Oilfield and Shengli Petroleum Engineering Company, comprehensively promoted the strategic cooperation of the oil and gas underground operation center, conducted research projects around the speed and efficiency of sidetracking, carried out independent tool design and processing, and successfully developed the "Shengli Tiangong" integrated window opening system.

Compared with the traditional split window opening operation, the integrated window opening system can realize the window milling cone and the bevel of the bevel guide in one trip. By changing the milling mode, the previous 12-13 hours of shoe grinding and window opening can be reduced to about 2 hours, which greatly improves the construction efficiency. At the same time, the window opening system also has a self-sealing tool, which can seal the original hole when the hole is lost, reducing the previous wellbore treatment time such as ash injection and bridge plug, further reducing costs and improving the working time.
