6月12至14日,西南油气田公司自主研发的196.85毫米大尺寸、非标套管井筒准备一体化工具在蓬莱001-H1井首次成功应用,实现“通-刮-洗-捞”一体化作业,缩短井筒准备周期52%,提速效果显著。

蓬莱001-H1是蓬莱气田的一口水平井,采用裸眼完井,储层高温、高压、含硫化氢,油层套管为外径196.85毫米非标特殊套管,且回接筒窜气,井下工况恶劣,下完井管柱前需要对油层套管进行通刮作业,常规的先刮后通分步作业方式,井筒准备周期5天左右,起下钻2趟,工序复杂,周期长。

针对196.85毫米大尺寸、非标套管,依托公司科研项目《试油作业多功能一体化技术及配套工具研究》,西南油气田公司建立一体化工具管柱数学物理模型和携屑能力评价指标,并基于正交试验原理,优化一体化工具流道和刮刀分布等关键参数,增大过流面积34%;开展强磁芯轴整体式设计,独创肋板背靠式磁极布置方式,定向增强磁场强度,打捞吸附能力提升10%;优选合金材料和表面处理工艺,工具抗拉、抗扭等多项关键参数优于国内外同类产品;建立不同井段管柱下入速度、循环排量和遇阻吨位等关键参数设计方法,形成了作业管柱优化配置技术,制定协同作业工艺模板,保障管柱顺利下入。

作业过程中,西南油气田公司派技术骨干驻井把关,作业前联合各施工单位开展技术交底,现场复核工具参数,明确下入速度、遇阻吨位、循环排量等关键技术参数,精细识别作业风险,制定管柱阻卡防控措施,严格执行《下完井管柱作业要求》等标准规范,技术人员24小时全程值守,实时指导现场施工,作业全程无阻卡现象,起出工具完好。

下步,西南油气田公司将强化科技攻关和现场技术支撑,进一步开展组合套管井筒准备一体化关键技术攻关,拓展井筒准备一体化技术功能模块,全力支撑公司高质量上产。

From June 12 to 14, the 196.85mm large-size, non-standard casing wellbore preparation integration tool independently developed by Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company was successfully applied for the first time in Penglai 001-H1 well, realizing the integrated operation of "pass - scraping - washing - fishing", shortening the wellbore preparation cycle by 52% and accelerating the speed.

Penglai 001-H1 is a horizontal well in Penglai Gas field with open hole completion. The reservoir has high temperature, high pressure and hydrogen sulfide content. The oil casing is a non-standard special casing with an outer diameter of 196.85mm, and the tieback pipe is gas pumping. The downhole conditions are harsh. The wellbore preparation period is about 5 days, and the drilling trip is 2 times. The process is complicated and the cycle is long.

For 196.85mm large and non-standard casing, relying on the company's scientific research project "Research on Multi-functional integration Technology and Supporting Tools for Oil Test Operation", Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company established the mathematical physical model of the integrated tool string and the eva luation index of chip carrying capacity, and optimized the key parameters of the integrated tool flow channel and scraper distribution based on the principle of orthogonal testing. Increase the flow area by 34%; Carry out the integrated design of the strong magnetic core shaft, the original magnetic pole layout mode of the backside of the floor, directional enhancement of the magnetic field strength, and the salvage and adsorption capacity is increased by 10%; Optimized alloy materials and surface treatment process, tool tensile, torsion and other key parameters are better than similar products at home and abroad; The design method of key parameters such as pipe running speed, circulation rate and hindered tonnage in different well sections was established, the optimization configuration technology of operating pipe strings was formed, and the collaborative operation process template was formulated to ensure the smooth running of pipe strings.

During the operation, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company sent technical backmen to check the well. Before the operation, the company cooperated with the construction units to carry out technical communication, on-site review of tool parameters, clear the key technical parameters such as running speed, blocked tonnage and circulating displacement, fine identification of operational risks, development of pipe string blockage prevention and control measures, and strict implementation of the "Requirements for downhole completion pipe string Operation" and other standards and specifications. The technicians are on duty 24 hours a day, guiding the on-site construction in real time, the whole operation is blocked, and the tools are in good condition.

In the next step, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company will strengthen scientific and technological research and on-site technical support, further carry out key technology research on the integration of combination casing wellbore preparation, expand the integration of wellbore preparation technology function module, and fully support the company's high-quality production.
