番禺油田联合开发项目是中国海油深圳分公司继陆丰油田群二期开发项目、惠州26-6油田开发项目后的又一“深圳市重点项目”,将联合开发三个油田,涉及原油探明地质储量达千万吨级。

该项目在距深圳东南方向200公里、水深约100米的南海东部海域,新建番禺10-1、番禺11-12两座无人智能平台。它们分别高133.4米和150.8米,重量均在7000吨左右,甲板投影面积相当于12个标准篮球场大小。

中国第一“吊”保驾护航

番禺10-1平台按照智能化、无人化、数字化标准设计,重量仅为常规平台的三分之一,设备数量仅为有人平台的五分之一,大量采用了智能阀门、仪表、控制系统等新型设备,可实现远程操作及台风模式下无人化生产。平台通过一条52米的栈桥与已建的番禺10-2平台连接,充分利用已有资源,大大降低了边际油田的投资开发成本。

此次实施海上安装的主作业船舶“蓝鲸7500”是国内最大的浮吊作业船,最大吊装重量7500吨,相当于单次吊起2000辆小汽车精准就位在直径仅2米的桩腿上,安装难度极大。项目团队利用台风“格美”过后有限的天气窗口,三天内高效完成两座大型组块的吊装,创造了上千万的经济效益。

The Panyu Oilfield Joint Development Project is another "Shenzhen Key project" of CNOOC Shenzhen Branch following the Lufeng Oilfield Group Phase II development project and Huizhou 26-6 oilfield development project. It will jointly develop three oil fields with proven geological reserves of 10 million tons of crude oil.

The project will build two unmanned intelligent platforms, Panyu 10-1 and Panyu 11-12, in the eastern waters of the South China Sea, 200 kilometers southeast of Shenzhen and about 100 meters deep. They stand 133.4 meters and 150.8 meters tall, weigh about 7,000 tons, and have a projected deck area equivalent to the size of 12 standard basketball courts.

China's first "crane" escorts

Panyu 10-1 platform is designed according to intelligent, unmanned and digital standards, the weight is only one-third of the conventional platform, the number of equipment is only one-fifth of the manned platform, a large number of intelligent valves, instruments, control systems and other new equipment, can achieve remote operation and unmanned production in typhoon mode. The platform is connected to the Panyu 10-2 platform by a 52-meter trestle, making full use of existing resources and greatly reducing the cost of investment and development of marginal oil fields.

The implementation of the offshore installation of the main operation ship "Blue Whale 7500" is the largest floating crane operation ship in China, the maximum lifting weight of 7,500 tons, equivalent to a single lifting 2,000 cars accurately in place on the diameter of only 2 meters of the pile leg, the installation is extremely difficult. The project team used the limited weather window after Typhoon "Gemei" to efficiently complete the hoisting of two large blocks within three days, creating tens of millions of economic benefits.
