6月以来，燃料油青岛新能源公司陆续与10家生物柴油企业签署战略合作框架协议。这是燃料油公司作为22家试点单位之一，积极落实国家能源局开展生物柴油推广应用试点工作，开展低碳生物船燃业务的重要举措。

本次签约的生物柴油企业覆盖华北、华东、华南等部分地区，与燃料油青岛新能源公司沿海内贸和保税船加注业务区域高度重合，总产能达275万吨/年，占国内总产能的69%。此次签约的企业是生物船燃混兑原料生物柴油的一手资源方，将有效满足燃料油公司生物船燃国内混兑原料使用和国外混兑原料出口业务需求。

与此同时，燃料油青岛新能源公司持续深挖生物柴油企业甲醇原料需求，建立了既供应甲醇原料、又购买生物柴油产品的模式。

Since June, Fuel Oil Qingdao New Energy Company has successively signed strategic cooperation framework agreements with 10 biodiesel enterprises. This is an important measure for the fuel oil company, as one of the 22 pilot units, to actively implement the pilot work of the National Energy Administration to promote the application of biodiesel and carry out low-carbon biological ship fuel business.

The biodiesel enterprises signed this time cover North China, East China, South China and other parts of the region, and the fuel oil Qingdao New Energy Company coastal domestic trade and bonded ship filling business area is highly overlapping, the total production capacity of 2.75 million tons/year, accounting for 69% of the total domestic production capacity. The enterprises signed this contract are the primary resources of bio-fuel blending raw material biodiesel, which will effectively meet the needs of fuel oil companies to use domestic bio-fuel blending raw materials and export foreign blending raw materials.

At the same time, Fuel Oil Qingdao New Energy Company continued to dig deep the methanol raw material demand of biodiesel enterprises, and established a model of supplying methanol raw materials and purchasing biodiesel products.
