记者10月13日从中国海油获悉，位于海南岛东南陵水海域、9月底刚刚投产不久的“深海一号”二期项目，完成了投产以来的首次原油外输作业。

“深海一号”大气田分一期和二期进行开发与建设。“深海一号”二期项目作为我国自主开发建设的地层温压最高、总井深最大的深水气田，采用“深浅结合”“新老结合”的思路进行开发建设。深水油气从位于千米水深区域的水下气井采出，通过超百公里长的海底管线持续“爬坡”，先到达水深百米左右的海上处理平台，经过处理后通过海底管线最终抵达位于三亚市的南山终端。

“深海一号”二期的开发建设在已投运生产设施基础上，新增了1400多台（套）设备设施，构建起一个地理距离跨度超170公里、作业水深跨度超1500米的超大规模油气生产设施集群。

中国海油南山终端总监毛小明表示，“深海一号”二期的开发带动南山终端油气处理厂实现基础设施升级，深远海油气勘探开发保障能力显著增强，也为当地基础能源供给和航运物流规模扩大创造了有利条件。

The Deep-sea No. 1 gas field will be developed and constructed in phase I and Phase II. The second phase of "Deep-sea No. 1" project, as a deep-water gas field with the highest formation temperature and pressure and the largest total well depth independently developed and constructed in China, adopts the idea of "combination of deep and shallow" and "combination of new and old" for development and construction. Deepwater oil and gas are extracted from the underwater gas well located in the kilometer water depth area, and continue to "climb" through the submarine pipeline over 100 kilometers long, first to the offshore treatment platform with a water depth of about 100 meters, and finally arrive at the Nanshan terminal in Sanya City through the submarine pipeline after treatment.

On the basis of the production facilities already in operation, more than 1,400 units (sets) of equipment and facilities have been added to the development and construction of the second phase of "Deep-sea No. 1", constructing a super-large-scale oil and gas production facility cluster with a geographical distance span of more than 170 kilometers and an operating water depth span of more than 1,500 meters.
