锦州23-2油田是“千层饼”式的多层砂体稠油油藏。新建两座热采平台CEPA和CEPB,是迄今为止中国建造的最大的海上稠油热采平台,每个平台设置1套海上稠油热采锅炉给水处理系统装备,为稠油热采提供优质达标的锅炉供水。

锦州23-2油田,位于渤海辽东湾海域。该海域海水泥沙含量大、浊度高,水浅、水况更差,而稠油热采对锅炉供水指标要求极高。该装备以无机超滤膜预处理技术为核心,有效截留了海水中的固体颗粒、细菌、胶体及部分有机物,成功解决了渤海湾海水泥沙含量大、膜更换频繁等技术难题。再经过海水淡化脱盐系统、热力除氧系统等流程,将海水变成可供锅炉达标使用的“纯净水”(达到锅炉运行水质标准)。同时装备具有集成度高、结构紧凑、占地小、重量轻、抗大负荷污染冲击能力强等特点,是海上稠油热采的重要保障之一。

锦州23-2油田,作为迄今为止中国建造的最大的海上稠油热采平台,对锅炉供水处理量提出更高要求,天津院采用“模块叠加”的方式进行水处理量升级,单套装备达到每小时90立方米锅炉供水量指标,提升至首套装备水处理量的3倍,能够满足单平台6口井同时注热,将大幅提高稠油热采作业效率,助力2030年稠油上产500万吨目标。

Jinzhou 23-2 oilfield is a multi-layer sand-body heavy oil reservoir of "layer cake" type. The two new thermal production platforms CEPA and CEPB are the largest offshore heavy oil thermal production platforms built in China so far. Each platform is equipped with one set of water supply treatment system equipment for offshore heavy oil thermal production boilers to provide high-quality boiler water supply for heavy oil thermal production.

Jinzhou 23-2 oilfield is located in Liaodong Bay, Bohai Sea. The sea water in this area has large sediment content, high turbidity, shallow water and worse water condition, and heavy oil thermal production requires very high water supply index of boiler. The equipment takes inorganic ultrafiltration membrane pretreatment technology as the core, effectively intercepts solid particles, bacteria, colloids and some organic matter in seawater, and successfully solves technical problems such as large sediment content and frequent membrane replacement in Bohai Bay seawater. Then through the desalination and desalination system, thermal deoxygenation system and other processes, the seawater is turned into "pure water" that can be used for boiler standards (to meet the water quality standards for boiler operation). At the same time, the equipment has the characteristics of high integration, compact structure, small footprint, light weight, strong resistance to heavy load pollution impact, etc., which is one of the important guarantees for offshore heavy oil thermal recovery.

Jinzhou 23-2 oilfield, as the largest offshore heavy oil thermal recovery platform built in China so far, puts forward higher requirements for boiler water supply and treatment capacity. Tianjin Institute adopts the method of "module superposition" to upgrade the water treatment capacity, and a single set of equipment reaches the water supply index of 90 cubic meters per hour, increasing to three times the water treatment capacity of the first set of equipment. It can meet the simultaneous heat injection of six Wells on a single platform, which will greatly improve the efficiency of heavy oil thermal recovery operations and help the production target of 5 million tons of heavy oil by 2030.
