3月29日，第十工程项目部曲靖市两江口污水处理厂提标及扩建项目第一水质净化厂正式通水，标志着项目顺利进入初步验收阶段。曲靖市发投集团副总经理、曲靖市水务投资有限公司董事长王红兴，公司党委委员、总工程师许彦录出席通水仪式。

王红兴、许彦录一行深入施工现场，仔细查看了项目生物反应池、污泥浓缩池、反硝化深床滤池及紫外消毒渠等关键工序和重要环节的具体情况，认真听取了项目负责人对项目概况、安全管理、质量管控等工作的详细汇报。

项目自进场以来，项目部管理团队紧紧围绕节点目标，精心组织、合理规划、科学部署，制定了严格的质量、安全、施工进度计划。项目推进过程中，项目部不断优化施工方案，着力破解难点堵点，扎实有序开展各项施工工作，最终顺利完成了本次通水任务。

据悉，曲靖两江口污水处理厂提标及扩建工程处理规模为13万m³/d，其中，污水处理厂提标工程（生物处理单元）处理规模为8万m³/d，扩建工程（预处理+生物处理单元）处理规模为5万m³/d，扩建工程（深度处理单元）处理规模为13万m³/d。工程主要采用半地下式建造形式，污水处理流程主工艺段采用“改良AAO生化池+矩形周进周出二沉池+加磁高效沉淀池+反硝化深床滤池”工艺，提标部分采用MBBR反应池工艺，尾水排至白石江。

Wang Hongxing, deputy general manager of Qujing City Development and Investment Group, chairman of Qujing City Water Investment Co., LTD., and Xu Yanlu, Party committee member and chief engineer of the company, attended the water opening ceremony.

Wang Hongxing and Xu Yanlu went deep into the construction site, carefully inspected the specific situation of key processes and important links such as the biological reaction tank, sludge concentration tank, denitrification deep-bed filter and ultraviolet disinfection channel, and carefully listened to the detailed report of the project leader on the project overview, safety management and quality control.

Since the entry of the project, the management team of the project department has closely focused on the node objectives, carefully organized, rationally planned and scientifically deployed, and formulated strict quality, safety and construction schedule plans. In the process of project promotion, the project department continuously optimized the construction plan, focused on solving the difficult points, carried out various construction works in a solid and orderly manner, and finally successfully completed the water supply task.

It is reported that Qujing Liangjiangkou sewage treatment plant upgrading and expansion project treatment scale of 130,000 m³/d, of which the sewage treatment plant upgrading project (biological treatment unit) treatment scale of 80,000 m³/d, expansion project (pretreatment + biological treatment unit) treatment scale of 50,000 m³/d, expansion project (advanced treatment unit) treatment scale of 130,000 m³/d. The project mainly adopts the semi-underground construction form. The main process section of the sewage treatment process adopts the process of "improved AAO biochemical tank + rectangular peripheral inlet and outlet secondary sedimentation tank + magnetized high-efficiency sedimentation tank + denitrification deep-bed filter". The upgraded part adopts the MBBR reaction tank process, and the tailwater is discharged to Baishi River.
