待项目建成后，可通过重点排水户源头管理、污水管网监测、污水处理厂和再生水厂智能化改造、以及厂网一体化智慧生产运营管理平台等专项建设，打造全方面提升张家口市污水系统能力的“源-网-厂”一体化综合管控的智慧污水系统，对张家口市城市运行管理服务全面提质增效具有重要意义，为推动水务行业数字化转型、智慧化升级提供借鉴经验。

After the completion of the project, through the special construction of key drainage household source management, sewage network monitoring, intelligent transformation of sewage treatment plant and recycled water plant, as well as plant network integrated intelligent production operation management platform, we can build a "sources-network-plant" integrated comprehensive management and control smart sewage system to enhance the capacity of Zhangjiakou sewage system in all aspects.
